Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

I paid for two nights but stayed only one. We checked out before the checkout time the next day and I could not receive my refund because the way the rooms were booked (third party). I reached out to the third party, as I was directed by the staff at the hotel, to get answers and my refund back but they never responded. I understand the third party rule (possibly not getting your money back at times), but not responding and you’re a business is not professional at all.

Horrible and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Pros:

NOTHING. If I could give a zero rating I would. It was terrible. I requested adjoining rooms and even called prior to my arrival to confirm and the front desk verified they had adjoining rooms but when I arrived they did not even have the option to have adjoining rooms. The front desk person Jay Patel should be fired for his terrible attitude and rudeness. He left the front desk empty for 10 minutes and then showed up with a nasty attitude. He flipped an invoice in my direction because I asked to have a first floor room since the elevator was broken and I should not be doing stairs. He was terrible. Our one room had pubic hairs stuck to the shower wall with mold or mildew on the shower ceiling. The comforter was filthy and all of us who used the pillows were congested and coughing the next day. I spoke to others guests and they said they were congested too. The 2nd room I had the door hinge was missing a screw and the metal piece was bent. He saw nothing wrong with the fact the door did not latch everytime it was shut. The room phone had no dial tone. He came to the room to see the issues and acted annoyed. He told me loudly in the lobby when our conversation got heated that I could just leave. Problem is I was traveling by myself with 5 female teenagers and was out of town with no where to go. I spoke to the GM the next morning he also was not concerned about my complaints of the dirty stuff and argued that the pillows and comforters were clean. Comfort Inn Corporate office should visit the location to see the issues firsthand. It was horrible.

Horrible! Do not recommend!

Close proximity to the interstate.

Cons:

Rooms need to be updated. The shower drain was backed up. The day I checked in , the elevator was out of order. I was assigned a room in the basement. Neither the ice machine or beverage machine on that floor worked. Room was dingy. Will never stay there again!

Just a nice hotel
Pros:

This is a solid property. Easy check in. Clean room. Very quiet. Good location just off I-83. I would stay again if my travels bring me to Harrisburg.
