Breakfast. Needs more hot options
Great place, loved the layout, cleanliness of the room, breakfast was good.
Only thing we didn’t like was we were able to hear everything that was going on in other rooms, noise would come through walls, doors, echo in hallways. Nothing could be done about it. Nature of the beast.
It had an outdoor sitting area.
Fire alarm going off early in the morning. No fire found. Took the local fire department approx. 10 minutes to get to the facility. TV that didn't work. Multiple holes in the bathroom wall where a towel hanger had been replaced. Paying for and being taxed to park our car. Cost too high for the quality of the room. Overall, I was very disappointed. Helpful staff and the location was idea for my trip.
The hotel needs updating. In the hallways and in the room in which I stayed in the paint or wallpaper was peeling off the walls.You can see that the hotel has not been updated for some time.Even though it was very clean and the staff was very friendly and professional.

We had an “updated room”, wires were exposed and we have small children, multiple holes in the wall. We also had a fair share of random bugs.
The staff was nice
It was old and needed a face lift. Our toilet needed to be recaulked, no closet. Lacking counter space, AC was loud.
I loved my suiteee. It wasn’t what I expected but it was great. The bed was also comfortable!! Would stay again and book for a suite again.

My HVAC unit was broke. It took three calls before they sent someone out and he couldn’t fix it. I had to deal with off and on heat and AC all night with a noise coming from it. My spouse ended up sick because he slept on that side. They didn’t even to give any sort of compensation. I was there for two nights and they had no other suites available.
