Good location, nice staff.

Cons:

We had an “updated room”, wires were exposed and we have small children, multiple holes in the wall. We also had a fair share of random bugs.

Cons:

It was old and needed a face lift. Our toilet needed to be recaulked, no closet. Lacking counter space, AC was loud.

My HVAC unit was broke. It took three calls before they sent someone out and he couldn’t fix it. I had to deal with off and on heat and AC all night with a noise coming from it. My spouse ended up sick because he slept on that side. They didn’t even to give any sort of compensation. I was there for two nights and they had no other suites available.
