Me gustó el tamaño de la habitación y la tranquilidad del lugar. La calle en la que está no tiene tránsito, pero a solo 30 metros se encuentra la calle que conecta con todo."

Quedo anotado para repetir la experiencia.

Buena ubicación en relación al centro de Santiago y también hacia el sector oriente y sus atractivos.

Spacious suite with plenty of space for luggage, sofa and separate bedroom. Good hot shower. Decent breakfast with eggs made to order.

Cons:

Nothing major - espresso included with breakfast would have been nice, as would a kettle in the room. Gym was a bit token. The jacuzzi advertised needs to be reserved in advance - we did so, but when we arrived it was lukewarm and slowly draining, so that after about ten minutes we had to give up on it.

Estadia razoável. Não retornaria ao hotel .

Café da manhã era bem razoável, com variedade, mas não havia mudanças no cardápio, fazendo com que, ao longo dos disas de estada, ficasse enjoativo. A localização não é boa. As ruas ao entorno do hotel são feias e sem comércio. O hotel está velho e não foi reformulado ao longo do tempo. AS fotos do hotel mostram-no como novo, mas se trata de um hotel já antigo.

Cons:

Localização não é boa, pois o bairro não é muito bom, embora seja próximo do centro da cidade. AS ruas são pouco movimentadas, não há comércio ao redor. Também não gostei da conservação do hotel. Ele deve ter sido um excelente hotel, mas agora, não está bom.

O bairro Providencia realmente é um excelente bairro para se hospedar, adoramos o hotel, quartos e roupas de camas muito limpos, café da manhã excepcional, fiquei admirada com tanta variedade e qualidade. É possível pedir itens do menu como ovos mexidos gratuitamente, em outros hotéis de Santiago isso tem que pagar a parte. Achei muito atencioso o hotel disponibilizar uma bancada com maçã, sanduíches, croissant... para as pessoas que saem antes da abertura do café para os passeios.
