A única coisa que salvou foi a cordialidade, pois até para dar informações erradas eles eram educados.
Eu havia reservado a estadia e dias antes do check-in me foi enviado um email para pre-check-in. Preenchi com todas as informacoes que queria (vista externa, banheira e cama king). Me alocaram no quarto 1011.
Ao chegar, descubro que estou no 1102 com vista interna e sem banheira. Me colocaram para o 204 que tambem era do mesmo jeito e me informaram que não poderiam fazer nada sobre.
Que EU deveria ir diariamente consultar se havia um quarto como eu havia solicitado. Um absurdo!

En los amenities sería ideal que dieran pantuflas para los 2 huéspedes, solo había un par.
La excelente recepción, asesoramiento y atención de la Recepción y la empatía conque fuimos atendidos permanentemente por el personal de Seguridad.
En el Vestidor se debería agregar un cajonera para bonetería.
Además se deben haber olvidado de instalar ganchos porta toallas en el baño y principalmente entrada de ducha.
A limpeza e a pessoa que cuidou da limpeza do nosso quarto bem bacana. Sempre impecável.
A nossa descarga não funcionava direito e apesar de ter falado com a recepção nada foi feito.
O recepcionista do check in foi super mal educado. No mais tudo certo mas de verdade eu não voltaria.
