el desayuno era bastante aceptable, el personal de la noche fue amable, el munú del almuerzo era muy bueno y excelente relacion precio calidad
nos fueron a despertar temprano para preguntar "si habiamos consumido algo del frigobar"; era dificil encontrar el estacionamiento del hotel y en la noche hay que esperar a que baje un guardia a abrir la puerta, ´no habian amenidades como gorra de baño, no había ninguna ventana en la habitación y la ventilación no era buena, además a las 12:00 de la tarde nos llamaron para hacer el check out, nosotros ya ibamos bajando pero pienso que deberían esperar a lo menos hasta las 12:15, yo me había hospedado en 2 hoteles NH anteriormente y este ha sido el de peor experiencia

Perto de tudo, confortável, as pessoas que trabalham são muito receptivos, fizeram nos sentir em casa. Ainda tem vista para as cordilheiras. Perto do metrô.

O quarto do hotel era exatamente semelhante as imagens apresentadas.
O tamanho do quarto era ótimo / espaçoso com separação entre quarto e mini sala, espaço de malas e cofre, banheiro.
A localização excelente em bairro seguro e de facil acesso ao metrô (linha vermelha / estação salvador) que me permitiu ir diariamente ou vir do shopping Costanera.
O hall de entrada possui espaço amplo com opção de poltronas e TV. bem como, espaço bar.
Eu acho que o café da manhã poderia ter um pouquinho mais diversidade.
Grande, confortável, bonito, limpo e bem localizado
O quarto tinha 2 televisões. Porém ambas tinham uma imagem péssima por conta do sinal de Tv, não estavam conectadas à internet (sem nextflix, YouTube etc) e nem conseguia espelhar o celular. Não fazia sentido ter uma Tv no quarto com aquela qualidade de imagem. Perdi os jogos da Copa.
da acomodação, excelente, do atendimento desde a chegada até a saída, atendentes do restaurante e bar muito simpáticos, café da manhã maravilhoso e farto, banheiro muito bem higienizado, decoração com muito bom gosto....com certeza voltarei!

This hotel is in a great location very safe. The staff were amazing to deal with. The hotel was very clean. It’s very comfortable a great place to stay. As an American being in Chile for the first time, I could not have picked a better hotel. We will definitely be back.
