A 5-Star Illusion: Appalling Service, Severe Hygiene Failures, and Inedible Food
Pros:

I must give credit where it is due: the pastry department is phenomenal. The desserts were consistently 5-star, genuinely delicious, and of a very high standard. Unfortunately, this was the absolute only redeeming quality of our stay and the only aspect that actually belonged in a luxury hotel.

Cons:

Where to begin? This hotel fails completely in basic hospitality, hygiene, and management. Do not be fooled by the 5-star rating; this is a loud, mass-market, crowded hotel completely lacking any premium spaces, elegant atmosphere, or proper service.

​1. Reception & Archaic Check-In:

When I politely asked at 14:00 if our room happened to be ready, the receptionist was shockingly passive-aggressive. She sarcastically replied, "Apparently your previous hotel was better than us," before cowardly trying to cover it up as "just a joke." Furthermore, their check-in process belongs in a summer camp, not a resort. Instead of providing All-Inclusive wristbands upon arrival so guests can actually start their vacation and use the facilities while waiting, they hand out clunky paper vouchers for towels and a single lunch.

​2. Severe Hygiene & Housekeeping Hazards:

This was the absolute worst part. We went to breakfast and the pool, returning at 13:00 to an unmade room with wet towels still on the floor. When they finally cleaned it the next day, they literally left the room smelling like rotten eggs and dirty mops. The stench was so foul we had to turn off the AC and keep the windows open for hours in the heat just to breathe. Worse? Our bed sheets were actually damp and smelled strongly of ammonia/urine. This happened twice, proving a severe and disgusting systemic failure in their laundry department.

​3. Maintenance Failures (The "Flip-Flop Test"):

The bathroom failed every basic standard. There were broken tiles in the shower and highly visible mold in the corners and drains, forcing me to shower with my flip-flops on out of pure disgust. Adding to the neglect, one of the sinks was clogged, holding stagnant spit-water for a full day because the housekeeping staff never bothered to clean it properly.

​4. Food & Beverage Breakdown:

Aside from the incredible desserts, the main dining room food was consistently terrible.

Pros:

Ár érték arányban nagyon jó. Nagyon nagy tisztaság volt mindenhol. Az ételek változatosak és finomak. A tengerpart gyönyörű, kisgyerekkel ajánlom.

Cons:

A személyzeten egyátalán nem érzetem azt a nagy vendég szeretet. Főleg a bárban és az étteremben.

Csodálatos!
Pros:

Mar többször(4) voltam a hotelben, egyre jobban tetszik. Minden tökéletes! Szerintem új takarító csapat van, tisztább lett a szálloda. Nagyon kedvesek a pincérek, Katarina Csehországból - maga a tündér, köszönjük a figyelmességét. Élvezetes volt a hatalmas medence.

Pros:

Свежий отель, новые номера, классная зона бассейна для детей и рядом детский клуб.
Еда вкусная, персонал в ресторане очень вежливый

Cons:

К уборке в номере большие вопросы. Пол был скользкий, будто размазано, но не смыто масло для загара. По углам клубки пыли. В ванной нет наборов личной гигиены. Не совсем понятно как закрыть входную дверь (везде сенсорные включатели) - ушли, по привычке просто захлопнули как в других отелях. Когда пришли дверь открыта.

Pros:

Dostali sme izbu s priamym výhľadom na more, izba priestranná, pohodlná posteľ, super bolo ovládanie všetkého priamo z postele cez dotykový panel- klimatizácia, osvetlenie, odostretie závesov. Strava bola skvelá a rozmanitá, koláče extrémne chutné. Z ubytovania sme mali iba kúsok do centra s obchodmi, cyklotrasy a krásna príroda naokolo. Fitnesscentrum dobre vybavené a ocenili sme posteľové lehátka pri vnútornom aj vonkajších bazénoch. Celkovo hotel pôsobí luxusne, čisto, novo, určite by sme sa radi vrátili a odporučili ďalej.

Cons:

Ľudia si lehatka a predovšetkým lehatkove dvojpostele pri bazéne obsadzujú od skorého rána, čo síce je zakázané ale personál to nerieši.

Pros:

A személyzet hihetetlenül kedves, segítőkész és udvarias. Az ételek extra finomak, a desszertek zseniálisak. Minden nagyon ízletes, változatos. Teljesen meg voltunk elégedve mindennel. Biztosan visszamegyünk még.

Cons:

A medence mellett lévő napágyakról kétszer is ,,eltűnt,, a törölközőnk, amíg elmentünk ebédelni. Kaptunk helyette másikat, azonban a korán reggel elfoglalt helyünk így sajnos másé lett.
