Never again! Awful experience!!

Awful experience! We paid so much money and it was awful! We were there from 17-21 of August and had a baby with us that at noon we went back in the room so she can have her nap! In all the days we were there by the time we went back in the room it was never cleaned, we asked that they come in the mornings and they said of course but never delivered! One day the baby peed in the bed i called for them to come change the sheets before we come back in the room, we came back at 7 to change for dinner and they did not change the sheets still they just covered the bed with the same sheets! Next day after my baby’s nap again i ask them to come clean the room but of course no one came! Overall awful staff attitude everyone saying not their fault! Also 9am there were no pool towels at the spa! The said go complain at reception!! And this is a 5 star hotel….

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed food and swimming pool areas a lot.
Pros:

Breakfast, lunch, dinner… excellent

Cons:

The aircondition could not get cold enough. Even though it was set to 16 degrees (lowest temperature available) it was not getting colder.

Ich werde chrysomare nicht noch einmal besuchen !

Weiss nicht wo ich anfangen soll.
Zimmer: total unsauber, überall spinnenweben direkt nebem dem kopfteil am bett. Nach der Reinigung war der Boden jeweils den ganzen Tag nass und wurde nicht trocken es war soo unangenehm mit den füssen drauf zu stehen. Klima ging nicht obwohl mir es 1 mal gemolden haben. Man hört ALLES vom Nebenzimmer wurden jeden morgen geweckt weil die reinung im nebenzimmer die möbel umher geschoben hat, Babyschreie etc.

Personal: Super unfreundlich vorallem Ruk an der Snackbar, er hatte so keine Lust auf seine Arbeit hat nicht mal richtig mit uns geredet sondern uns einfach die getränke herübgereicht. Wurden von Personal so oft über wichtige Infos im Hotel nicht informiert. Regeln etc.

Essen: Grosse Auswahl aber fast immer hatte ich noch rohes Fleisch auf dem Teller. Die Tische waren so uneben und haben fast ALLE immer gewackelt beim Essen. Sobald du aufgestanden bist um dir nochmals eine portion zu hollen wurde alles vom tisch abegräumt. Hatte immer mein Glas voll welches mitgenommen wurde.

Und für uns das schlimmste überhaubt: unsere zimmertüre ging nie richtig zu obwohl ich es drei mal gemolden habe kam niemand um nachzusehen, waren teilweise mit offener tür nachts am schlafen was für mich in einem 5 sterne hotel überhaubt nicht geht!!!!

Amazing experience
Pros:

Everything was very nice and professional,Anna knows for sure how to release a tensioned back and neck, overall the enviroment ,atmosphere everything was perfect 10/10 recommend Anna for Deep tissue massage.

Very nice hotel very good food very nice location
Pros:

The pools the indoors one
The food
And the stuff reception and all of them

Cons:

The rooms need to be renovated
In general they are ok but I cannot fill the 5 stars quality inside the rooms

It’s ok I guess
I think this is the best hotel of TSOKKOS group
And the duvet cover was a bit uncomfortable (the inside connection )can’t explain :/
Also they should invest a bit more on the kids club

Z przyjemnością wrócilibyśmy do tego hotelu
Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko lotniska, blisko do miasta. Imponujące wnętrze, przestronne pokoje i łazienki. Kilka basenów, w tym brodzik dla dzieci bez większych atrakcji, oraz basen wewnętrzny ze strefą ciszy Jedzenie było urozmaicone, smaczne na przeciętnym poziomie, ale każdy znalazł coś dla siebie. Dużym atutem hotelu jest kilkujęzyczna przemiła obsługa, zarównano w recepcji jak i na pozostałych częściach obiektu. Lokalizacja zapewnia bliskość prywatnej plaży z leżakami. Wieczorem odbywały się koncerty, co tworzyło przyjemną atmosferę i było świetną okazją do spędzenia miłego czasu ze znajomymi. Na plus zasługują również pokoje, nowoczesne i wyposażone w inteligentne rozwiązania. Zapewnione kosmetyki: szampon, żel pod prysznic i balsam do ciała. Duża panoramiczna szyba z pięknym widokiem na plażę, i baseny zapewniała przyjemny widok. Ogólnie pobyt oceniam pozytywnie. Z hotelu spacerem można przejść do poru w celu skorzystania z rejsów statkiem, nurkowania i innych atrakcji. Blisko też znajdował się transport publiczny. Świetni komunikatywni animatorzy ( Pozdrawiamy Zazę).

Cons:

Brakowało wieczornych bardziej rozrywkowych animacji, pokazów dla rodzin z dziećmi. Warto by było też usprawnić obsługi podczas obiadu, zamówienia były zbierane przez kelnerów, i często zdarzało się tak że były dostarczone dopiero wtedy , gdy posiłek był już prawie zjedzony.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. Please don’t be misled by its five-star rating
Pros:

Definitely not a five-star hotel. We arrived early in the morning, but until check-in we were not even given wristbands, so we could not use the hotel’s All Inclusive services. In fact, all hotel services were chargeable for us before check-in.

When we checked in, nobody greeted us or helped with our luggage. The overall service leaves much to be desired.

The rooms and common areas are not particularly clean, and the food is very limited and repetitive. The drinks are low quality, and the glasses are often dirty. Sun loungers on the beach cost €10, and towels are also charged separately.

The only thing we really liked was the beach. In the evening, there is absolutely no entertainment or animation, so there is literally nothing to do and it gets very boring.

Overall, this hotel definitely does not live up to its advertised five-star rating.
