Great hotel, everything you need is there. Beach, outdoor, indoor pools, great food, and of course, Aegeo spas were great, will be back, especially Anna and Simona were great and highly professional. thank you so much.
Atmosphere was great everything was planned for you and for your relax.Rooms are comfortable and build for exactly why you came.The value was high because of the result. Cleanliness was excellent,for me cleanliness is the one of the most important tasks,because it is about your body and everything needs to be clean,so don’t worry about it you will like it. Happy,friendly and careful therapists,they worry about you and they are being caring, the happy and joyful service is relaxing you more and your expectations.Highly recommended!

As always, everything was absolutely perfect. Maria, the lovely red-haired lady in the kitchen, recognised us the moment she saw us and immediately gave us the warmest hug. Moments like that make you feel truly welcome and at home.
The food, the atmosphere and, above all, the service were exceptional as always. The staff are incredibly friendly, caring and welcoming, and they always go the extra mile to make you feel special.

I loved the simplicity of the hotel and the overall organization of it. The food was okay but nothing exceptional. You have to respect the given time for eating which is normal but as we've traveled with baby, we ran into breaching the given time by 3 minutes. Once that occured we were rushed to complete our lunch (did not like that very much as much as I understand the situation). Also the staff working is mostly part timers (mostly teens which have almost no expirience) but I did not mind that as much. Pools are all suitable for kids and overall very clean considering the amount of people at the hotel. There is again stuff at the pools that are not all inclusive as bigger beds etc. (90 EUR a day)... Rooms were clean but do not expect good service from room cleaning personnel as all they do is change towels (also part timers). Azuro Spa which is a private company suited in the hotel is exceptional and very good (proffesional staff in this case). Training facilities are good but small (which is not a problem because not many people workout during summer vacation so it is not crowded). BEACH IS NOT INCLUDED in hotel offer. Not everything is all inclusive and the food at the outside burger bar (which should be all inclusive) is not that good. Coctails are great (all inclusive ones, because I had no nerves paying for the rest of the menu just so I could try other). Room view is exceptional and very much worth it. Overall I had a feeling that hotel is trying to preserve resources and money by reducing the quality of staff and implementing the extra charges on poolside beds (which were often empty because not many people wanted to pay 90 euros just so they can lie down by the pool for which they've paid all inclusive offeer). Overall good and should go there but I'm continuing my search for better spots in future.

Обстановка в гостинице напряжная , везде наши славянские братья, мат на мате , деревня деревней.
Зона бассейнов вообще без зелени, в общем територия гостиницы не озеленена, для любителей чистого бетона и плитки.
Алкоголь по полная бодяга, выпили несколько коктейлей мучались всю ночь и еще на следующий день было плохо, заметили что они пустые бутылки от алкоголя не выкидывают а собирают , это насторожило, не понятно что они туда потом наливают.
Ассортимент в столовой очень бедный , на завтрак даже красной рыбы не было, . Пришли по ужинать за час до закрытия , повара сидят жопами на столах, вместе с официантами , ведут беседы , и это 5 звезд?
Отвратительная гостиница не стоит своих денег совсем.
The atmosphere in the hotel is tense; our Slavic brothers are everywhere, swearing and cursing, like a village.
The pool area is completely devoid of greenery; the hotel grounds are generally bare, perfect for those who prefer pure concrete and tile.
The alcohol is complete garbage; we drank a few cocktails and suffered all night, and we were still sick the next day. We noticed they collect empty alcohol bottles instead of throwing them away, which was alarming; it's unclear what they put in them.
The dining room selection is very poor; there wasn't even red fish for breakfast. We arrived for dinner an hour before closing, and the cooks were sitting on the tables, chatting with the waiters, and this is 5 stars?
A disgusting hotel, not worth the money at all.
The worst massage I ever had.
It wasn’t even a real massage it was more oil rubbing it.
The Thai lady at the beach was way more better. At the same price for long time.
But the price is not the issue here.
It was just unprofessional massage.

Room quiet from neighbours, apart from the noises in the corridor (not a big issue, rare) and the constant moving furniture upstairs (only during the day) .
Close to the beach and other beaches.
Pool area very pleasant and easy to relax (once you have a lounger).
Food rather good for a week, felt repetitive beyond that. Desserts really good.
Indoor pool very cool during outdoor heat - amazingly refreshing.
On day of check out we were allowed to enjoy the pool area, were given fresh towels to shower after in the spa and were given a voucher for lunch and drink.
Cleaning very superficial, you don't want to look at sinks or toilet properly. Floor washed every day but not hoovered, hair dragged around the floor, beach sand left in corners, shower area never washed during stay etc.
Corridor appeared dirty, not hoovered for days.
Sheets need an update, some stains, rips, duvet cover not fully closing at the bottom by design, my feet were always touching the duvet which I don't think is washed every time?
Drain smell in the bathroom, very strong.
Food could be a little more original, need a bit of finesse, but never had any issues after eating and appeared fresh.
Pool loungers rarely available if not 'reserved' by leaving a towel at 7-8am. In last few days a few more loungers were added and the availability improved slightly.
Mini bar empty, a bottle of water distributed daily but not if you had DND sign on.
Used glass/box of tissues in room not replaced for a week.
Entertainment could be greatly improved. Same singer, same song covers, not great.
Nothing else to do in the hotel in the evenings, could have table tennis, pool table, football table, so much space, nothing done with it. Outdoor cinema?
No space with TV to watch sports events etc. TV in room with only local channels. The only English speaking channel seemed to be a pro- Chinese propaganda channel...
Information at check in could be better on what's included in the packable, how to operate the room controls (every panel had different options and only on the last day we discovered a way of closing the net curtain with out the black out curtain).
Air raid alarm in the area one of the mornings was terrifying, especially considering the current state of affairs, we could have been informed it's a commemoration of historical events.
