Όμορφοι, καθαροί χώροι, υπέροχη πισίνα και άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Σίγουρα θα το επισκεφτούμε ξανά και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Great Location, But Not a True 5-Star Experience
Pros:

Great location, very close to the beach. The hotel is modern, well-designed, and it is clear that a lot has been invested in the facilities.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the standards of a five-star hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, the food was repetitive and below expectations, service at the snack bar was extremely slow, and the lifeguards were often distracted by their phones instead of paying attention to the pools. We have stayed in many 4- and 5-star hotels, and this was unfortunately the weakest experience considering the high price we paid.

Cons:

The room sensors were not convenient to use. The icons were too small to see without glasses.

Drink orders took too long to arrive, and after the first order, it was difficult to get the waiters’ attention.

I ordered a double espresso several times, but they kept bringing what tasted like strong instant coffee instead. Even after I specifically asked for espresso made from the bean machine, they sometimes still served the wrong coffee.

Уникальный пляж, огромный бассейн, массажи супер профи, еда и напитки в кафе рядом с пляжем.

Cons:

Любим этот отель и отдыхаем там уже в четвертый раз. Единственный и значительный минус — очень неприветливое отношение девушек на ресепшене. Особенно это заметно на фоне других отелей Айя-Напы, где персонал всегда улыбчивый и доброжелательный. Лишний раз даже не хотелось обращаться на ресепшен.

Leider können wir das Hotel absolut nicht empfehlen!

Überall ist es dreckig! In den Gängen, im Zimmer, im Restaurant. Im Zimmer bekamen wir nur einmal (nach dem wir nachgefragt haben) Neue Bettwäsche. Die Boden wurde zwar täglich aufgewaschen aber man sah deutlich das es mehr Dreck verschmiert wurde als gereinigt. Und wir sahen jeden Tag den Aufwaschkubel, da war NIE frisches Wasser drinnen! Im Badezimmer stank es permanent nach Schimmel! Im Gang lag schon jede Menge Dreck als wir ankamen und es wurde kein einziges Mal gesaugt als wir dort waren. Im Restaurant sind alle Möbel dreckig und durchgesessen. Essen vom Abend lag regelmäßig am nächsten Tag zum Frühstück noch am Boden. Und die Putzdamen haben es tatsächlich perfektioniert, aufwaschen und am Handy spielen in einem. Und jede Menge Kakerlaken! Die Toten werden sogar tagelang mitten am Weg zum Restaurant liegen gelassen, interessiert niemanden!

Das Personal ist sichtlich genervt und unmotiviert. Kein Hallo und kein Lächeln, ganz im Gegenteil. Beim check in wurde nur nach unseren Pässen gefragt und alle Aktivitäten durften wir uns abfotografieren. Dann gab es auch schon die Zimmerkarte und wie wir dort hinkommen. Koffer durften wir uns selber ins Zimmer bringen. Beim check out wurde uns nur mitgeteilt was wir noch zu zahlen hätten und das war’s . Kein „kommt gut heim“ oder „hat es ihnen gefallen“ ! Also von 5* ist dieses Hotel sehr weit entfernt.

Die Pools selber sind ok aber sämtliche liegen sind kaputt und dreckig. Der Strand ist ebenso dreckig, niemand kümmert sich um den Müll! Es wurden dann sogar von der Liegefläche sämtliche Schirme entfernt, keine Ahnung was das bringen soll. Ohne Schirme war es nicht zum aushalten.

Liegen werden täglich ab 6 Uhr reserviert, interessiert natürlich auch niemanden. Man darf auf den liegen nicht essen, ist auch jedem egal. Also an Regeln braucht man sich dort nicht halten.

Wenn ihr Wert legt auf Sauberkeit und gewissen Service seid ihr in diesem Hotel falsch!!
