מלון מושלם
מי שקורה את חוות הדעת שלי אל תתלבט מלון מושלם חדרים גדולים ונקיים בריכות בחוץ מושלמות חוף ים מושלם צמוד למלון שירות מדהים אוכל טוב מאוד בחדר אוכל 3 ארוחות ביום כולל סנקבר בחוץ מיקום מרכזי .

Pool & Areal sehr schön. Zimmer modern und geräumig und schöner Ausblick (Meerblick Zimmer) - jedoch extrem schmutzig.

Cons:

Das Personal (Rezeption, Zimmerservice, Gastronomie). Hygiene & Qualität in den Zimmern und im Gastrobereich. Die Anlage selbst ist auf den ersten Blick wunderschön und es ist wirklich schade, dass es durch die o.g. Punkte nur für ein Mangelhaftes Ergebnis reicht.

Pros:

I liked everything except the food.

The stuff was helpful, nice and welcoming, the place spotless clean, facilities are great.

Cons:

The food was awful, specifically the lunches and dinners.
It was either undercooked or overcooked.
The salads weren't fresh. Overall culinary experience was bad for me. We have stayed in the hotel and the food was great back then, but something bad happened this time.
By the way confectionery and sweets were perfect.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren top. Das Zimmer groß und sauber. Gute Auswahl an Essen.

Pros:

Nagyon színvonalas, kényelmes szállás, csodás kilátással, extra széles kényelmes ággyal. Naponta takarítás, törülköző csere, minibár feltöltés. Az all inclusive ellátás jó színvonalú, választékos, az étterem nem zsúfolt,megfelelő létszámú és nagyon kedves a személyzet. A medencék tiszták, nem kell hajnalban lopakodni, hogy legyen napozóágyad. A saját tengerparti rész és szép, de kényelmes 10-15 perc séta az ösvényen a Nissi beach az kihagyhatatlan.

Cons:

A bejelentkezés során kifogtunk egy nem túl együttműködő hölgyet, jól esett volna, ha nem kell hajnali 3 órás indulás után délben még 3 és fél órát várni a szobára ( bár kétségtelen, hogy időpontra megkaptuk ) hanem amikor kész megkapjuk. Ezt a rugalmasságot nagyon értékelik a vendégek. Javaslok egy tájékoztatót arról, hogy mi van/nincs benne az árban - pl a tengerparti ágyak fizetősek. Néha az italoknál is volt kavarodás van aki simám adott egy italt, más azt mondta, hogy az már fizetős ( gin fizz- gin tonic viszonylat ) De ezek apró kellemetlenségek voltak, anélkül is tökéletes nyaralás volt.

Superbe séjour !!!! Piscines Magnifiques!!
Pros:

L hôtel est magnifique ! Le personnel très souriant et sympathiques ! Le buffet all inclusive est bien fourni et excellent… il ne manque rien… petits snacking, larges choix de boissons à tout heure! Les piscines sont sublimes! La chambre est st grande avec une superbe vue mer! La proximité a Nissi Beach! Les animations…!!!
Bref Un tres tres beau 4 étoiles!
Les prestations et équipements dans les chambres, même si très biens et agréables, ne sont pas tout à fait celles d un 5 étoiles… et il est dommage que la propreté dans les communs soient négligés (couloirs, moquettes et ascenseurs peu propres…)

Cons:

Le manque propreté dans les couloirs (moquettes pas aspirées, papiers au sol…) idem dans les ascenseurs…

A takarítónők nem teljes tisztaságot hagytak. A hajam folyamatosan ott maradt. Az erkély 5 napig nem volt felmosva.

Hotel nowoczesny,duży, czysty.
Bardzo dobre jedzenie.
Duży wybór róznych mięs ,sałatek,owoców,ciast.
Dobre spa .
Na plaży są oferowane niedrogie masaże tajskie.

Nie podobało mi się ponieważ jest to bardzo niewygodne rozwiązanie, panel dotykowy sterujący wszystkie funkcje w pokoju. panel jest mały działa wybiórczo jeżeli jest ciemno bardzo trudno jest odnaleźć przycisk dotykowy, które załącza światło w pokoju w toalecie ,odsłania zasłony .Nie zawsze działa.
Ale to byłoby jeszcze do zaakceptowania Ale czego w ogóle nie rozumie w hotelu pięciogwiazdkowym i to jest fakt że hotel zasilany jest podobno ze względów ekonomicznych agregatami prądotwórczymi to znaczy że hotel ma 250 pokoi dwa ogromne agregaty Diesla wyją cały dzień i jest to na tyle uciążliwe że niestety musieliśmy prosić o zamianę pokoju mieliśmy piękny pokój frontowym widokiem na morze za który zapłaciliśmy dodatkowo 350 €, Ale ponieważ nie dało się w nim spać ani odpoczywać dostaliśmy pokój w innej części hotelu z bocznym widokiem na morze bez rekompensaty finansowej No cóż

Fabulous new hotel
Pros:

Great newly built beachside hotel with awesome food and friendly staff. All inclusive is vast with food and cocktails. The hotel territory is big and has 3 pools. The room is big and boasts a fabulous view.

Cons:

The price could have been better. The coffee and lack of fresh juices was a bit disappointing.
