I ordered 2 separate beds they gave one
Ironing service at 19:00 should start not finish before getting out you can not iron your clothes

Mne to ako 5hviezdičkový hotel bohužial nepripadalo..možno 3+, jedna fľaša vody na izbu pre 4 osoby, dala sa načapovať len na bare, ked tam bolo vela ludi,raz som tam strávila pol hodinu, pritom voda a pitny rezim a dostupnost v 5*hoteli by mal byt zaklad.. Nehovorím o tom,ze v snack bare behala mačka po stole,spali na stoličkách..niektore izby maju pridelené kabany ležadlá,mali sme aj my, niekolkokrat sa nam stalo, ze drzi ubytovaní aj ked tam bola cedula rezervovane,si tam lahli alebo nase veci posunuli bez hanby a lahli si tam tak isto.. a ked plavcik sa ich doprosoval aby isli prec,ze tam nemaju byt, tvarili sa,ze nic a odvrkli,ze nikam nejdu,plavcik sklopil usi a pridelil nam inu..ale ako to chce hotel riesit ked bude full obsadenost? Pros:

The hotel was nice,with nice beach and amazing pools.
The service was amazing, everyone working there was super nice and helpful.
Per total was a nice stay .

Cons:

What i didn't like was that the air conditioner was very bad for a 5 star hotel, we changed the room and still not great...

Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt – direkt am Strand. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und haben für einen angenehmen Schlaf gesorgt.

Cons:

Das Personal wirkt leider nicht ausreichend geschult. Es scheint an Fachkenntnissen zu fehlen, und insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck, dass die Mitarbeitenden nicht genau wissen, was sie tun.
Man erhält eine Wasserflasche, die man unten in der Lobby an einer Wasserstation immer wieder selbst auffüllen muss.
Vom Essen waren wir von morgens bis abends sehr enttäuscht. Nach den vielen positiven Kommentaren hatten wir deutlich höhere Erwartungen.
Für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel hätte ich eine Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer erwartet. Stattdessen gab es lediglich Kaffeepulver, aber keine Kaffeemaschine.
Die Sauberkeit im gesamten Hotel war sehr enttäuschend. Über drei Tage hinweg haben wir immer wieder denselben Schmutz entdeckt – sowohl auf den Gängen als auch im Zimmer. Die Reinigung entsprach unserer Meinung nach keineswegs dem Standard, den man von einem Fünf-Sterne-Hotel erwarten würde.
