Cozy guesthouse by Covadonga sanctuary
Pros:

The hostesses are super friendly and willing to help. The location cloudn't be better near the sanctuary. The room was really comfortable. The breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

Although there is plenty of parking spaces, it's a bit tricky to find a spot if you arrive in the core visiting hours of the sanctuary or lakes nearby.

Extremely welcoming and helpful hosts who assisted us in organising our trip to the lakes. Breakfast is excellent. Access to the main attractions is easy and within immediate reach. Our room and bathroom were well-equipped, our delight was the small fridge where we could keep snacks and drinks pleasantly cool.

Cons:

The house is right next to the main street leading up to the sanctuary, basilika and lakes, that is, during the day it can get quite busy there, though traffic dies down after 6 pm. As the building is older, there are no double-glazed windows, so traffic noise might be a daytime problem. In summer, the heat can be another issue as rooms have no air-conditioning.

Pros:

La casa es perfecta para pasar unos días en Asturias. Está a 5 minutos del santuario caminando por un bonito paseo. Tiene un aparcamiento justo delante, que durante el día está lleno, pero a partir de las 8 de la tarde siempre hay hueco. Lo mejor son los dueños: Bea, Carmen y Javier, son muy amables y acogedores, te reciben como si fueras de la familia. El desayuno está muy bien. A pesar del jaleo de los visitantes de Covadonga y los Lagos, la zona es tranquila, agradable y bonita, y además es muy fácil moverse para visitar otros lugares. Totalmente recomendable.
