Exceptionally convenient. Clean with approachable staff and couple of nice restaurants close by.
Pros:

The location so near to the Central station, but slightly off the main drag. Couple of good restaurants close by.

Cons:

The flow of water in room 509 in the bathroom, was a trickle at maximum. The room was cramped.

Great hotel, great location - would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The room cute and clean, bed was comfortable, location was great, breakfast was good, and all-day coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch.

Cons:

The frosted glass walls on the bathroom were a little odd - it was just me in the room so it didn't matter, but with more than one person in the room I can see how privacy would be an issue. The toilet was also wedged into a corner of the bathroom - I can see how a bigger or taller person would find it inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. And while it was nice to be able to control my own thermostat and turn the heat off, it would still turn on overnight and make the room warmer than desired.

Ubicación perfecta! La atención y servicio de los chicos que trabajan fue espectacular!! Pequeños detalles que hacen la diferencia como la maquina de cafe, limonada, fruta y algunas cosas dulces en el lobby.

Cons:

Eramos tres personas y la habitación era un poco pequeña.

Staff was very helpful, hotel was beautiful. Elevator was available, location was great, 10 mins from central station. Free coffee and tea available.

Nuestra habitación, muy pequeña, y la moqueta por el suelo y la pared , me parece un material totalmente antihigiénico, sería recomendable un cambio en ese aspecto

Pros:

The location is excellent to the Central Train Station and many fun activities. We traded the higher price for the absolute convenience and it is well worth it. The staff was also very helpful a d professional!

When the bed move because it was 2 single bed if you see what was under bed you be shock

Pros:

La ubicación de es estupenda. A 5 minutos de la estación, a 5 minutos del centro. Súper bien. Es un hotel caro, pero todo en Amsterdam lo es.

Cons:

Las puertas de los baños (de cristal) no cerraban del todo, al igual que la ducha.
