Hot 3 days in May in Amsterdam with friends.
Pros:

Lovely clean hotel. Friendly professional hard working staff. Good choice for breakfast. Cool rooms using air cinditioning. Shower hot and easy to use. More room than we thought we would have in our 3 bed room. Nespresso pods were good.

Pros:

The staff at reception were exceptional. Our Eurostar train was cancelled and the receptionist did her best to find alternative travel arrangements for us back to the UK.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is very good but the noise from the street is very loud.

Pros:

The location is excellent. It's a 10-minute walk from the central station. The city center is also within walking distance. Guests enjoy complimentary water, tea, coffee, apples, and candy in the lobby. The staff is helpful and accommodating. There's a free luggage storage room. A coffee machine is available in the room.

Cons:

No fridge in the room.

Location was great. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Herşey için ilave ücret talep etmeleri hiç nazik değil. Dünyanın 20’den fazla ülkesine gittik ama bebeklere ayrıca yatak için para istenildiğine şahit olmamıştım.

Gezgin olarak kahvalti saatinin erken olmasi guzeldi.konumu muhtesem.damrak meydanina ve metro istasyonuna cok yakin.

Cons:

Klimanin 3 saat sonra soguk tarafa gecmesi surekli resepsiyona soylemek gerektigi. Bildigim bir kere soylenir ama burada surekli resepsiyona inip aksamlari klimanin sicak tarafa verilmesini istenmesi.

Enjoyable 5 days
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay very much and will recommend to others. I arrived at 8.00am after travelling 25 hours from Australia. I was soo relieved when the wonderful receptionist Laura allocated a room for me straight away, very much appreciated. The room was comfortable, quiet, good bed and pillows. The reception staff were very approachable and helpful with directions etc. The breakfast had a good selection and everything cooked just right and fresh. Everything in the hotel was spotless. Recommend for solos.

Trångt rum o hemsk dusch och toalett.
Pros:

Läget var bra. Bra frukost.

Cons:

Fanns dåligt med plats att hänga kläder. Konstigt möblerat rum. Otrevligt med toalett och dusch i en glasbur i rummet blev ingen privacy där inte. Ofräsh känsla med matta på golv o upp över väggen.

Good hotel in central location
Pros:

Good hotel in a very central position, only 7mins walk from the train station
Lovely reception area, very clean and welcoming.
Nice breakfast with a good selection of choice
We stayed in a city view double room which was quite small but did the job.
It was quite noisy at night due to being on the tram line however they stopped around midnight
Was surprised at how much the city tax was which is paid locally. We paid over €100 for our double room for two people for 3nights which adds a lot to the cost of a weekend away!! The receptionist explained the tax charged depends on how much you have paid for the room - so if you get a bargain it might be less!
Overall a good hotel which I would recommend

Great hotel, great location
Pros:

I just stayed here for six nights after moving from another hotel that was less than stellar and this hotel was definitely an upgrade. The room was very nice, clean and quiet, although awkwardly set up so that the bed seemed like it was facing the wrong direction, but it was fine. Breakfast was great, the staff were great, especially Jip, Jesse and Sergio.
I liked that you need a key card to get into the hotel, and the elevator, which made it feel even safer, even though it was a very safe area.
One of the only negatives was the 1 inch gap in the frosted glass bathroom door, facing the toilet, which might be awkward, but I was by myself, so it was fine. I would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend. The location was great. Six minute walk from Centraal Station.
