Fantastic hotel in an ideal location
Pros:

What a lovely hotel in a fantastic location. 5 min walk from Amsterdam Centraal and main amenities, cafes, restaurants etc. I couldn’t believe how close it was! The hotel itself is very modern and was brilliant. Very clean and tidy. The staff are so friendly and it was lovely to receive a complimentary stroopwaffel upon checking in and a clog souvenir upon checking out.

Whilst we were staying it was my partner’s birthday and the hotel gifted him with some macarons and a lovely glass carafe of water with lovely nautical details.

The room was lovely & reminded me of the Premier Inn Hub hotels. It was cosy but comfortable, the only criticism was that the aircon sometimes was on but didn’t actually work? It does say it can be controlled from Reception so I don’t know if that was why it was on but the room didn’t get any cooler. But it was only temporary during the day, it was fine when we went to sleep etc and the room stayed cool.

I would definitely stay here again!

Goed hotel om weekendje Amsterdam te doen.
Pros:

Lekker en uitgebreid ontbijt
Vriendelijk personeel
De locatie was op een drukke baan maar er was geen geluidsoverlast op te merken, je zat direct in het centrum.

Cons:

De bedden waren vrij hard.
De badkamer was krap, wij zelf konden nog tussen douche en lavabo kruipen om naar toilet te gaan, maar als je iets breder bent lukt dat niet.

Pros:

Location couldn't be better. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and well appointed if a little small. Great breakfast with everything being topped up as required. Couldn't fault the hotel at all.

Fabulous stay in a lovely hotel
Pros:

Location is brilliant with a tram stop outside. 10 minutes from CENTRAL STATION. The staff are all friendly and helpful. When we checked in. It was quite quick and we were given a glass of prosecco. 😋 by Maisie who seemed to be on the desk lots and greeted everyone with a smile. The included breakfast was better than expected and had plenty of choice. Everywhere was all in good working order. We chose this hotel because of. LIFT , SAFE, LOCATION and included BREAKFAST. and it didn’t let us down.loved that breakfast was 7am to 11am. Which was fab when we had to leave really early. Reception and dining room decor was very smart. And the Main door is always locked. You let yourself in with your key once you have checked in . Drinking water in reception was really good extra and a coffee machine was a lovely extra. Items for sale in reception are all very good. Very good WI FI. HOTEL is very clean. The rooms are a bit tired but was spotless and everything you need. There was even a few English channels on the TV. We didn’t hear any noise from other rooms and air conditioning was very good. Would definitely stay there again.

Weekend break
Pros:

A very good hotel, very central location. All the staff were very helpful especially Macy and Sergio in the breakfast room. Nothing was too much to ask for.
Room was good however we both found the pillows too soft.
Breakfast was excellent every morning, brilliant choice and added bonus of free tea and coffee in reception.

Pros:

Location; the fact that they were raising honey bees.

Cons:

Cost of breakfast was high. I had to pay for two nights even though I emailed and told them I wouldn't be there until the 22nd. I only stayed one night; arrived the 22nd and left the 23rd.
