The room stunk poorly - didn’t feel clean

Everything was amazing, the hotel is wonderful, clean the view is beautiful the pool and the jacuzzi was relaxing the food really good

Location perfect room clean but you should ask for housekeeping the value is to high iwas souk they took moor money for the one night 100$ on my staying I stayed 4 nights they took 400$ more and they said will return not return yet

The location was perfect. I am avid runner and the ability to hit two different great beaches one in each direction was great. The room was perfect and extremely quiet even though I was right above the restaurant. The staff were incredible and the bar was a perfect place to go around 2 pm.

Management were appalling. Beds advertised as 2 queens but definitely smaller. Manager denied it and suggested I measured them, so I did and they were smaller than an official queen sized bed. Duvet cover was also dirty. Attitude of manager in the card on the photo was very obnoxious and not considerate at all, zero customer service knowledge and shouldn’t be a manager he really didn’t care, he even suggested he cancelled the booking and we go elsewhere. Obviously for a mum with 3 children that would have been a hassle considering we were there 1 night only. colleague was much more sympathetic and understanding. Restaurant quality was good but waitress didn’t explain that the cheesecake wasn’t New York cheesecake and to a British person that’s the type of cheesecake we know so I was disappointed to get the other version.

Clean spacious room, quiet location, easy to reach Venice beach and airport. They have bicycle service and 2h free but bicycles are a bit outdated most of them with simple pedal break system only.
Only one restaurant in the area. So for food you have to go outside and it will be either a little bit of walking or driving. A lot of tax on top of the price, tourism tax, marina tax.

The location of the hotel is wonderful on a beautiful harbour. Our room had a view of the pool and harbour. Room was nice everything we needed and no problems.
Hotel is quite dated inside and the pool area. Reception staff were pleasant. Parking charges were ridiculous. Nice restaurant walking distance from the hotel an Italian called Uovo.
