Great location and well-equipped apartment hotel
Pros:

The apartment is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the University of Alberta North Campus. It is well equipped for a comfortable stay, with pots and pans available if you’d like to prepare your own meals. Just note that you’ll need to bring or purchase basic cooking ingredients such as oil, salt, and pepper.

The apartment also has a water kettle, a large microwave, plates, bowls, and cutlery. The bed is comfortable, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The staff were excellent; friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return.

On y reviendra pour visiter à nouveau notre fils qui travaille à l'université.
Pros:

Le café situé à côté de l'hôtel était super!

Cons:

Le bruit de l'air climatisé dans la chambre est trop fort et incommodant pour dormir.
L'air climatisé ne fonctionnait pas dans le salon, juste de l'air tiède sortait de l'appareil, même en le réglant à 68°. Il faisait chaud dans cet espace.

Good and relatively convenient
Pros:

The staff were all exceptional

Cons:

The fact that parking was an additional charge and not mentioned when booked - very sneaky and unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. I travelled from out of town and obviously needed a place to park.

Pros:

Staff excellent. Parking very good. TVs worked without issue. Main bed comfortable. Very quiet.

Cons:

Pull out bed just OK too hard. Would have liked a hand held shower.
