excellent location to the U of A
excellent service.
awesome front desk staff
I have nothing bad to say about the property
Very convenient location, it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen.
The parking lot is a nightmare. There are only a few spots in the first level of parking that are 6 feet tall, the next level where most of the parking is only 5'9" so if you drive an SUV its very difficult to park. The concrete in the parkade is cracked and broken and my husband tripped and fell and injured himself. Apparently the hotel isn't responsible. They did remove the parking charge however that didn't fix the problem that will inevitably injure another person.
Really clean, convenient and well appointed rooms. Staff super on top of things, helpful and friendly. Really clean.
The bedding was not great, got all tangled each night. Pillows plasticity scooted away and. Caused sore neck. Room had AC but got really hot.

It was clean, well located, staff were friendly and helpful. My room was quiet, bed comfortable, linens like new.
Nothing
We stayed at the Campus Tower Hotel this month and were extremely impressed. Its location close to the University of Alberta Hospital makes it a very convenient and attractive place to stay for anyone with hospital appointments or medical visits.
The rooms are very reasonably priced, spacious, and recently updated and renovated. Our suite included a functional kitchenette, a relaxing living area with a large-screen TV, and a separate bedroom, which made the stay feel much more comfortable than a standard hotel room.
The bathroom was very nice as well, although the addition of grab bars would make it even better for guests with mobility concerns.
The room was exceptionally clean with numerous thoughtful amenities throughout. My compliments to the cleaning staff — even the TV remote was sealed in a protective plastic bag, which really showed attention to detail.
The hotel also offers a very nice laundry area and a well-stocked 24-hour convenience food and drink area on the main floor, which was extremely handy.
The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful during our stay. Parking is available on site with camera monitoring for added security. The cost was $25 per day.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and provided a very comfortable stay. We would definitely stay at this property again.
I loved the 2 separate rooms
Location
Required handicap room for wheelchair access. 15th floor not the best in case of emergency evacuation. Bathroom poor for using wheelchair. Very poor sound proofing. Couple next to us fighting middle of the night was like they were in our room. Front desk attended. Location to U of A very good.?
