Very high cybersecurity risk booking this hotel
There was a cyber breach, my personal data for stolen.
Criminals tried to get my creditcard information via a false link.
The reaction from the hotel took more than a day, after several messages from me. They claim the security incident is not with them but didn't give any proof.
Booking.com is investigating but are taking a lot of time without any feedback.
This is a very serious issue for all customers.

Pleasant stay at a great location... Except for weekends

Cons:

Can be quite noisy outside at night... Breakfast was ok, but for 18€ very overpriced in my opinion
The bedcovers were too small also, and the pillow was a bit uncomfortable for me

3 nachten voor citytrip.
Pros:

Prima hotel, letterlijk in het centrum. Helaas geen bar in hotel, daarvoor moet je naar buiten. En daar zijn kroegen voldoende. Ontbijtfaciliteiten zijn goed en voldoende. Meer dan voldoende.

Parkeren kan bij hotel, is gek genoeg enig onderbelicht. Dus voor toekomstige gasten, zoek contact met hotel en vraag ernaar. Hotel heeft een eigen parkeergarage. Deze is niet gratis, maar wel goedkoper dan reguliere parkeergarages (die ook nabij zijn).

Kamer wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt, idem met schone handdoeken. Heel netjes, kamer en badkamer was ook goed schoon.

Cons:

Faciliteiten op kamer. Iets om koffie of thee op lamer te zetten is niet beschikbaar. Verbaasde me. En als dit niet op kamer is, dan verwacht cq hoop ik dit in hotel te kunnen vinden.

Hotel is (als je voor eerste keer komt) enigzins een doolhof, maar dat went vlot.

Bij uitchecken werd kaart ingenomen en prettige dag gewenst. Fijn om te horen, maar intresse hoe ik het heb gehad en of er verbeterpunten zijn was blijkbaar geen intresse in. En dat vind ik dan weer bijzonder.
