Pros:

The Hotel was beautiful and the location was great. Oliver at Reception was most helpful. He explained where the best location to see and directions were perfect. He was a delight and very helpful. He told us he had only been in the position for a short while. The Hotel has an excellent guest service agent
and very knowledgeable who also could speak great English. We would definitely recommend this Hotel and would come back.

Nothing everything was perfect.

Für den Zimmerpreis hätte ich einfach mehr erwartet!

Cons:

Beim Einchecken musste man dem Herren an der Rezeption alles aus der Nase ziehen. Auf dem Zimmer gab es weder ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen, noch ein Spiegellicht im Bad. Im Fitnessbereich stand ein Pelatonrad, was man aber nicht richtig nutzen kann, da es nicht freigeschalten ist! Auch gab es nach Gebrauch der Geräte, keinerlei Möglichkeit diese zu desinfizieren!
