A comfortable room and good friendly service from all the staff we encountered.
The wi-fi, whilst secure (unlike some other establishments) was intermittent, often dropping out mid activity. Burley is also a mobile signal desert which meant that we were incommunicado for much of the time.
Stay was brilliant staff were very welcoming and made you feel at home. Food was brilliant.

All staff were friendly and made you feel very welcome. The breakfast lady was always smiling, as soon as you sat down nothing was to much trouble she is an asset to the team🙂The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels,tea coffee,bottled water and biscuits were always available in your room, thank you. All bar staff were helpful had great knowledge on the area and made you feel at home thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. Ps Ronnie 🐶your adorable to

Comfy bed, lovely big shower. Good meal times.
No wifi at all. In this day and age this is not acceptable. How come they can take our money for food and accommodation but can't provide wifi? Ridiculous!

It’s in a great location the staff are lovely
The rooms are very small the fixtures and fittings in the rooms are outdated. The menu is limited and it mainly seems to be processed food. Very few options for real home cooked pub food. The car park is small. For what you get it is definitely overpriced
