Breakfast was excellent and I was offered a room on a lower floor when I expressed issues with my mobility and a room on the top floor
Breakfast was extensive and the staff was friendly and helpful. Burley is a small village, but the nature in the area is beautiful, the room was neat and the dinner was tasty. Parking next to the hotel is not a problem.
The bathroom was not big.

This was my second visit and it met all my expectations. The room was large , comfortable and clean.
The staff go above and beyond for every customer. Breakfast was super yummy and plenty of choice and kept us full.
The location is perfect and right in the centre of everything. Great for me as I have mobility issues so kept the walking to a minimum.
I really haven’t got anything negative to say. If I was being picky, the only downside were the stairs to the room but didn’t affect my stay
Clean, well presented with friendly, helpful staff. No problems with parking and centrally placed in the village.
Vegetables were a bit too al dente.
Staff are very friendly. Always helpful. We go every year for the fairy festival which is just over the road. Staff always remember us.Nice clean room. Very quiet. Lovely cooked breakfast included and had an evening meal which was very nice.
