The staffs were very kind and welcoming. They allocated a room as per our request which we are grateful for.
There was some dust under the beds but overall the room was clean.

Food was good and served promptly
Rooms could do with a revamp. Clean but run down.
Staff were pleasant but not friendly, senior management did not set a good example to the junior staff.

Had to order different things as they didn't have want i wanted twice there portions were small microwaved dishes there was flies everywhere the rooms were plain and boring need redecorating abit of colour weird smell

Easy to find and very spacious room
Close to Margam park and tons of boiling hot water in bath
Vehicles with missing wheels and broken windows in car park doesn’t inspire confidence . Police cell style door to room, dated and worn. Bar was noisy too loud to sleep so joined in the watching the karaoke

There was no air conditioning or fans specially in this weather! The remote control didn’t work!
Comfortable and quiet hotel. I enjoyed having a drink at the bar, having dinner and breakfast in morning. Building is beautiful. Staff was helpful.
TV in all rooms needs fixing. Hopefully this will be done quickly
Awful! Needs an upgrade. Blinds wouldn’t go up, carpet rippled and worn, pipes exposed. Chips and holes in walls, extremely hot with only heaters provided to use as fans, staff unhelpful and disinterested in customer service, tv no channels, paid $200 AUD!!!!!! Rip off
