Adequate. Breakfast didn’t happen
Pros:

Close to Margam park and tons of boiling hot water in bath

Cons:

Vehicles with missing wheels and broken windows in car park doesn’t inspire confidence . Police cell style door to room, dated and worn. Bar was noisy too loud to sleep so joined in the watching the karaoke

Staff where super nice and friendly and really helpful

Lovely location! Easy to get too and able

Cons:

That there was late people leaving and they were aloud!
I bet that it’s a pub etc! But they were extremely loud specially having a baby with us

There was no air conditioning or fans specially in this weather! The remote control didn’t work!

A very good place with feel good factor.
Pros:

Comfortable and quiet hotel. I enjoyed having a drink at the bar, having dinner and breakfast in morning. Building is beautiful. Staff was helpful.

Cons:

TV in all rooms needs fixing. Hopefully this will be done quickly

Cons:

Awful! Needs an upgrade. Blinds wouldn’t go up, carpet rippled and worn, pipes exposed. Chips and holes in walls, extremely hot with only heaters provided to use as fans, staff unhelpful and disinterested in customer service, tv no channels, paid $200 AUD!!!!!! Rip off

Good location, rooms are ok, but not premium. Gaining staff attention can sometimes be tricky.
Pros:

The location for where I needed to be was great. Easy access to the motorway too.

Cons:

Breakfast (booked with accommodation) was a bit difficult to get.

Disappointed but excellent manager
Pros:

Nicola was very friendly and helpful. A mixup with our rooms and booking meant that they did not have the required rooms for our entire stay. She was very efficient and helpful, the mistake was not hers and we were able to make alternative arrangements due to her professional approach.

Cons:

The rooms were dated. Chair at the desk was broken, the carpet was dirty, a towel rail in bathroom had been pulled from the wall, the shower bar was broken, and water damage to areas around the bath. Dust and dirt in the bathroom.
We were sent a message before our stay asking if want to make a dinner reservation, we booked 8pm. When came down from room at 8pm were were told kitchen was closed! We explained booked and they did find us food but the quality was poor.

Zwaar teleurstellend

Handdoeken en lakens waren schoon

Cons:

Foto’s op Booking.com zijn mooier dan de werkelijkheid. Kamers waren oud en stoffig; oude smerige vloerbedekking en muf. Niet al het personeel was (klant)vriendelijk. Ontbijt viel tegen; ze hebben een kaart maar veel op de kaart was niet aanwezig. We verbleven er meerdere nachten maar yoghurt was niet voorradig. Croissant werden in keuken klaargemaakt en tijdens het doorsnijden bleken ze van binnen zwart te zijn. Een nieuwe poging slaagde ook niet! Op de laatste ochtend zelfs geen ontbijt genomen; niets was voorradig en zelfs de koffiemachine was kapot. Onder of vlakbij onze kamer loeide de hele nacht/dag een luidruchtige ventilator die onze slaap verstoorde. Als advies; drink hier een paar biertjes maar ga ergens anders een slaaplocatie zoeken.

Also the food was very disappointing and the standard had fallen alarmingly

We have visited here many times for the location is close to the event we attend

Cons:

Some of the staff were rude to us especially with regard to buying drinks
We were told we couldn’t order drinks after 11pm on the dot and were hurried and pestered to leave the bar at 11.15
I was at the bar waiting to be served at 10.50 pm and when it was my turn I was told that service had finished , this was at 11.01 pm
