Cons:

Nuestra habitación no tenía aire acondicionada y había ola de calor. La cama algo pequeña y las almohadas blandas.

Rustig en authentiek Rioja

Authentieke locatie in het midden van het historische dorp, goede communicatie vooraf, vriendelijke medewerkers, goede airco, heb je vragen, de medewerkers helpen graag, ze zijn trots op de omgeving en delen graag de mooie plekjes, wij zijn er 4 nachten geweest en hebben Sajazarra als uitvalsbasis gebruikt om de mooie Rioja omgeving en wijnhuizen te verkennen. Auto kan je in het dorp parkeren binnen 100 mtr van het hotel

De locatie is eenvoudig, daar is de prijs ook naar, de prijs/kwaliteit is uitstekend.

No me permitieron alojarme en el por su mala gestion de reservas y me quede en la calle, lloviendo, esperando mas de 2 horas sin ninguna respuesta hasta que decidi irme a otro Hotel.

Siéntete como un rey en un pueblo con encanto
Pros:

Nos gustó mucho la decoración de palacio, la climatizavión de la suite y el desayuno con sus huevos revueltos, fruta, café y tostadas

Cons:

Lo que menos quizá podría ser el subir escaleras, que haya luz que se cuele por las rendijas o que el agua de la ducha tenga poca presión
