Hotel itself is fine, but the location isn't great. Noisy and unsafe to an extent

Small room but good location
Pros:

Close to everything, within walking distance to shops. Easy check in and check out process. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The car parking is not secure parking and anyone can access it by walking from the road. There was a window we were unable to shut in our room and the floors in the kitchen were very sticky. The room was quite small for a two bedroom apartment, there was not a lot of room to move around inside (no living space).

Pros:

Great location, comfy bed, but . . .
Pros:

Location excellent for attending event at Stadium (about 5 minutes walk). Very comfortable bed. Although I didn't use them - well equipped kitchenette.

Cons:

Less than ideal room layout - TV on wall perpendicular to bed, impossible to view. Equally out of sight of table, (dining) chair could be moved, though space at a premium. Not the hotel's fault - but no chance of sleep in given adjacent gym (I assume) blasting out music from 7:00!!

Instant response from staff and very helpful.

Cons:

Gyms downstairs are very loud early in the mornings. Especially when they are training outside. Also there is one individual who yells throughout the night outside.

Highly recommended.
Pros:

Location was perfect, right beside the mall and other restaurants, nice night view and safe for walks. Staff was excellent, the respond to contacts and messages. Really happy with the stay.

Cons:

Probably the guy outside making noise (Probably mental health related)
About the property, everything is excellent.
They provided everything.

Pros:

Hotel was nice , staff friendly, But very noisy at night time found it very hard to fall asleep with the homeless man shouting all night and when we finally got to sleep the gym decided to open at 5am and blare music out . would we go back there ? No

Cons:

double glazed windows would have helped with noise from outside ?
