Ostrzegam przed tym miejscem. Bród, smród i pleśń

Niestety nic.

Cons:

Zdecydowanie odradzam pobyt w hotelu L'Oasi.
Po przyjeździe otrzymaliśmy zupełnie inny pokój niż ten, za który zapłaciliśmy. Po zgłoszeniu problemu personel odmówił zwrotu pieniędzy, mimo że hotel nie wywiązał się z warunków rezerwacji.
Stan pokoju był skandaliczny – na ścianach znajdował się grzyb i pleśń, a poziom czystości pozostawiał wiele do życzenia. Brud był widoczny niemal wszędzie. Warunki były na tyle nieakceptowalne, że zdecydowaliśmy się natychmiast opuścić hotel.
Najbardziej rozczarowała jednak obsługa. Zamiast pomóc w rozwiązaniu problemu, personel zachowywał się w sposób nieprofesjonalny i agresywny, podnosząc głos na gości. Takie traktowanie klientów jest absolutnie niedopuszczalne.
To jedno z najgorszych doświadczeń hotelowych, jakie mieliśmy.

Sehr saubere Zimmer. Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gute selbstgemachte italienische Speisen, jeden Tag frisch.
Wunderbarer Strand mit Liegen inklusive.

Cons:

Poolbar, Hotelbar war nie besetzt. Man konnte eigentlich Abends nie etwas trinken.

Una settimana fantastica
Pros:

Sarebbe semplice dire: tutto! Ma voglio dire due parole sulla professionalità, la disponibilità, la gentilezza del personale sempre col sorriso. Da calabrese sono orgoglioso di tanta qualità! Entrando nel dettaglio la camera è spaziosa, accogliente e sempre pulita, la colazione semplicemente ineguagliabile con la gestione delle bravissime Francesca e Anna. Poi c'è l' ottimo servizio navetta per l' incantevole spiaggia privata con l' eccellente autista Gabriel. E non cito tutte le ragazze e i ragazzi della reception solo perché non so i nomi di tutti!

- Super pokoje - Czysto - Pokoje sprzątane co dziennie - Dobre śniadanie - Wygodne leżaki - Basenik mały ale przyjemny - Na pewno bym wrócił tam :)

Cons:

Podana na stronie informacja o bezpłatnym transporcie lotniskowym okazało się nie prawdą , chcieli 100 euro za transport , więc przyjechaliśmy pociągiem + autobus za 8 euro
