Bajo mucho la calidad

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación

Cons:

Las camas estaban muy muy incómodas, duras y con almohadas con nada de soporte, las sábanas estaban manchadas de sangre y las toallas percudidas, me quedé con mi esposo y mi bebé y la verdad no me sentí nada cómoda sabiendo que había sangre vieja en la misma cama donde iba a acostar a mi bebé...

Un hotel muy bonito lo recomiendo muchísimo
Pros:

Me gustaron mucho las piscinas a pesar de que el agua estaba un poco estancada pero están geniales así mismo que la habitación tenía jacuzzi o tina de hidromasaje el restaurante es muy bonito y la comida súper sabrosa también me gustó mucho la ubicación está en Guadalajara no muy lejos del centro y lleno de árboles pegadito a la barranca de huentitán y a un costado del parque del mirador de la barranca el lugar está hermoso

Cons:

La higiene del lugar en general está en una calificación de 8 las piscinas también les falta darles una limpiada y la habitación estaba bien si acaso nada más que tardaba mucho en salir el agua caliente pero eso no le quita mérito es un lugar precioso y la atención que dan por parte del personal es de 10 no traigo dinero

La limpieza terrible, muy sucio no nos pudimos meter a la piscina sucia, el piso de la ducha muy sucio, la entrada al hotel muy muy sucia y solicito compensación por eso, nosotros pagamos para tener comodidades y le falta mucho aseo
