Super lokalizacja., blisko do większości atrakcji. Dobre śniadanie. Polecamy.

Overall, the hotel is distinguished by good taste and excellent style; the atmosphere is refined. If you want to attend a concert, the Philharmonic is just around the corner, and all the museums are within a pleasant few minutes' walk along beautiful streets and through parks and public gardens. Naturally, the breakfast in the quiet dining room is excellent, and the room is comfortable—with a very cozy bed—but that goes without saying. The main thing is that spending time at the hotel is a pleasure, and it makes you want to come back—which is exactly what I plan to do, likely in the spring.

Obsługa w restauracji Pani kelnerka ok, choć zupełnie bez zaangażowania (to jednak hotel 4*) , natomiast Pan, który pojawił
Się chwilę później - dramat , co 3 słowa przecinek w postaci przekleństw po ok 30 minutach na śniadaniu, zwróciłam mu uwagę, że to chyba nie jest bat o 3 w nocy tylko 4* hotel i spodziewałabym się więcej kultury a nie przekleństw co 3 słowa, stwierdził , że nie zauważył żeby tak przeklinał ale skoro ja tak twierdzę to on przeprasza .
Pokój typu standard to podobno pokój z udogodnieniami dla osób niepełnosprawnych. I ok to byłoby spoko, choć nie zrozumiem idei , żeby w takim pokoju prysznic był do połowy (foto) , nie jest to także opisane w opisie pokoju (podobno powinno być- wg Pani z recepcji) ani nie jest. Pokazane na zdjęciach. Więc ja pokazuję.
W pokojach było zimno- klimatyzacja pokazywała 17stopni, okno było otwarte , kaloryfery nie działały, a dogrzewanie klimatyzacją zajmuje dość długo, poza tym niestety nie utrzymuje ciepła przez całą noc.
Skromne, w swoim stylu pokoje, bardzo czyste, bardzo wygodne łóżka. Dobra lokalizacja w samym centrum. Super śniadanie, miła obsługa.
Szkoda że niem więcej miejsc parkingowych przy hotelu bezpłatnych dla gości.

Cienkie ściany i słabe wyciszenie drzwi z korytarza. Słychać każde słowo z korytarza.

Piękny, klimatyczny hotel. Bogate śniadanie. Urokliwa restauracja i patio , zjedliśmy pyszne ryby podane przez starszego Pana, który dodawał elegancji miejscu. Pokoje czyste i ciche, dodatkowy plus za żelazko z deską do prasowania. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu. Kielce miło nas zaskoczyły.
