I liked nothing about the property,. It’s not as pictured the pool not functioning mind you it was 82° while I stayed here ,the pool was dirty filled with mud and leaves. My first room was disgusting those fingerprints on the mirrors. There was pubic hair on the toilet and there was hair in the shower. In my second room, things appear to be nice but day two there was a roach in the bathroom floor. There were times where I’d be on the phone calling for towels and no one would answered any calls . We call for towels and we couldn’t get any all day . The only time I was able to get a towel was when I came downstairs at 11pm and someone who worked there that was off the clock. Her name was Tamika. She helped me get towels. this place is indefinite need of new management.

The room we stayed at, wasn’t properly cleaned the floor still had crumbs. The door was broken in and wouldn’t lock from the inside as well. You couldn’t use the safety lock on the top of the door. Breakfast started at different times, requested room service for cleaning and never received it.

One worker who seemed to work in the dining area was rude to my wife. She told her she wasnt allowed to use a coffee cup to get juice and she had to get a plastic juice cup. She wanted to use the coffee cup bc it had a lid. She was overly friendly saying it and it came across as being facetious and sarcastic. I didnt appreciate it at all. ):
I like that they were remodeling and trying to improve it. They were very friendly.
All the hallways reeked of marijuana and 20 minutes after I got into my room 2 of the employees tried to come in on us. They claimed they didnt know it was already rented out but idk how they wouldnt know that. After that we were on edge the whole stay. Also the mattresses were awful. They sunk to the bed as soon as I sat down.
