Gentili, struttura pulita e abbastanza rispondente alle nostre aspettative. Personale super cordiale

Disponibilità e gentilezza di tutto il personale. Ottima colazione

Cons:

Il fatto che in principio abbiamo prenotato e pagato per 3, perché doveva venirci pure il mio bambino ma la camera assegnato non aveva un letto ad hoc o comunque uno spazio più ampio, pur avendo pagato per una camera king. Ci è capitato di vedere le altre camere e, nonostante non avessero bimbi, altri ospiti avevano camere molto più spaziose. Per me questo è stato un po’ deludente .

Nice central hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel. Centrally located. Did a walking tour from there. Comfy bed in a decent sized room . Buffet breakfast was good with a wide selection to choose from . Staff were pleasant & helpful.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The only minor issue was the light coming from under the door. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day.

Best Hotel in Tirana!
Pros:

Metro Hotel was such an amazing stay in Tirana, the room was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Albanian people are some of the friendliest people we have come across, their hospitality is second to none! The breakfast at Metro Hotel is very nice and staff gave us a takeaway bag with food for our 4 hour bus to Kosovo. Such a friendly service and would return again in the future!

Great hotel with welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast and central location
Pros:

Loved this hotel. We stayed 2 nights, at the start and end of our trip. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, as were the ensuite bathrooms.
The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We also really enjoyed the breakfast - there was a very decent selection.

Cons:

The second time we stayed there, we were on the 1st floor close to reception so it was a bit loud. Also, I found the coloured lights in the rooms really weird - our first room had pink lights and our second room had blue lights!

Prime location, loads of restaurants, bars and things to do around us. Very spacious room, very modern and very clean. Staff were all lovely, helpful and accommodating. We would stay here again 😊

Cons:

Nothing bad to say but down to personal preference the bed was a bit firm for us but everyone is different on what they like, although had no trouble sleeping at all😊
