Locatie is top. Vriendelijke medewerker bij receptie. Goede en mooie kamer. Netjes schoon, goede airco en badkamer.

Cons:

Gehorig tussen de kamers. Soms woordelijk te verstaan.

il silenzio della camera insonorizzata, la pulizia eccellente

Cons:

La cassetta del wc era difettosa, il getto dell'acqua del bidet era a spruzzo per troppo calcare e il copri scarico della doccia di plastica si spostava, era rotto. Volevano 15 Euro di supplemento per il cane che non era stato concordato prima (poi non versato perchè abbiamo soggiornato per poche ore; il cane di taglia piccola ha dormito nella sua cuccia e la camera è stata consegnata pulita).

Great stay in the centre of Vicenza.
Pros:

Great location (central and also near the station as well), very nice people. The bed was very comfortabel. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The airconditioning was making strange noises of leaking. I’d go back anyway, lovely place!

Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a tour. Fantastic hotel in a great location and staff couldn't do enough to help. Breakfast had a great choice and tea/coffee served to the table. Would definitely return.

Posizione centralissima

Cons:

Non c’era asciugamano per mani e viso.
Non avevo la colazione inclusa e ma mi hanno fatto pagare l’acqua, senza che la bottiglietta fosse di benvenuto. Hanno detto che l’acqua del lavandino è potabile ma non c’era indicazione in camera in tal senso!
Per il prezzo pagato della camera singola, sembra una mancanza di ospitalità e accoglienza basica!
