Hot breakfast was good. Availability of tea coffee and water throughout the day was good and well maintained. 24-hours reception was another very important facility, with courteous staff, always ready to assist. Room/bedding washroom were all good.

Very clean
Leona at the front desk was extremely welcoming, friendly and she even handed me 2 cold water bottles. She was amazing! The room was nice and clean.
The bed was so hard 😧
From the time I arrived the front desk staff was very helpful, pleasant and understanding. The breakfast was delicious however I would recommend not having cheese on everything. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was able to truly enjoy my rest.
The toilet pressure it always seemed like it would overflow. The television picture kept disappearing where I could only here voices and no picture.
It was close to everything!!
The pillows on the bed were too small for the king bed.

The first room they assigned to me was smelling so bad that i had to request a change of room and was told that I paid for a cheap room and that was why I was given that room. I don’t consider a room that cost $235 as a cheap room
