Wir waren bereits zum 20 ten mal in Hamburg, aber dieses Mal war es der schlechteste Aufenthalt was die Unterkunft angeh

An der Unterkunft hat uns leider nichts gefallen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer viel zu klein , das einzige Fenster war durch einen riesigen Baum zugewachsen, kein Schrank , kaum Ablagefläche, die Fernsehprogramme funktionierten fast alle nicht und das Internet funktionierte auch nicht .Sehr schmale Treppe , Zimmerservice fand nicht statt erst nach Aufforderung per e-mail.Der einzige Lichtblick war der Ungarische Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption der sehr freundlich und bemüht war 👍

Lässt man sich darauf ein, ist es ein Geheimtipp. Dazu auch noch sehr günstig

Leider fiel das gebuchte Frühstück wegen Personalmangels am nächsten Morgen aus. Der Concierge hat am Abend zuvor einen Rundruf gestartet um alle zu informieren. Die Lage mitten im Kiez ist einzigartig. Die Austattung zumindest meines Zimmers, erinnert an den Film "Irma la Douce", wenn man diese Aussage richtig zu deuten weiß.

Cons:

Schade wegen des ausgefallenen Frühstücks. aber rundherum sind genug Möglichkeiten zu frühstücken

Pros:

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Parallelstraße zur Reeperbahn und ist von der U-Bahn-Station zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Ruhige Lage und dennoch super Zentral. Der Hans-Alberts-Platz, die Reeperbahn, die Landungsbrücken sind von hier aus super zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war ausreichend mit großer Dusche und sehr gut isolierten Fenstern. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und wir konnten auch schon früher unser Zummer beziehen.

Cons:

Um ins Hotel zu kommen, muss man eine recht schmale und steile Treppe hinauf. Mit großen Gepäckstücken kann es achwierig werden.
In unserem 3-Bett-Zimmer gab es leider nur 1 Stuhl. Die Kleidung verblieb somit im Koffer.

The receptionist was nice and helpful. On a rainy day, he lent an umbrella to us. The location is central.
