The staff were kind and efficient. Towel animal on bed was nice and welcoming. Netflix on the tv was great.
Older, needed some Reno's, hotel room was a tad stuffy, room too far from elevators, main elevator broken, hotel room far from pool. Pool could be updated. Not clear where bathroom was near pool.

Very comfortable Quality price ok
breakfast was great, it was close to work but that's where the things I like ends
the elevator was inconsistently malfunctioning but they were still encouraging passengers to use it. I got stuck in it twice during a 24 hour stay. as well, I couldn't find the stairs so I ended up using an emergency exit and it was locked to the outside and inside. I had to call to get out of the stairwell. the pool was fine, but the hot tub was luke warm at best. the beds were - meh. lastly understaffed. the woman at the front desk was very nice but she had to answer three calls while she was checking me in with multiple people behind me. two people at the check in desk would have been nice at 3 pm when everyone is checking in.
