Nice room
Walls are thinner than expected
Value and location stayed here many times
I was surprised that it was not a pets free hotel or of if I would of know that floor 2 and 4 where for guest with pet I would of requested to move floors as my son is allergic
Great bed and pillows
Staff were good. Relatively close to down town of Calgary. Breakfast was good.

The room cleaniness, comfortable beds and bedding, clean sauna and pool area, fully stocked , good social sitting area , breakfast area, quick check in process, response of front desk staff, average breakfast choices
No microwave in the room , no hot water downstairs for tea, only coffee maker, breakfast choice ( mainly with pork) and limited, no showers close to the pool and sauna, no soap in the bathrooms close to reception

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The location was good.
They made up the room every day and did a good job. The pillows were too uncomfortable.
The Breakfast was very poor. They ran out of everything. Coffee, juice, plates, knives, and forks. There is only 1 waffle machine and no batter. It was really bad. People were very unhappy. There were only two people on staff, and they tried, but they just couldn't keep up. It was fine on day 1, but on Sept 6, Sunday, there were just too many guests and not enough staff working the kitchen. And no manager was on site. The two staff were on their own. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast, and a lot of others did too. The parking garage is really tight, and there is only one security camera. I took everything out of the car because it didn't feel safe with such limited security in the garage.
