it was clean i guess? but very outdated
when we first arrived, it took forever to find our reservation even though i had completed their pre-arrival check in and had been receiving many texts and emails from the property, check in still took nearly half an hour and when we finally did get keys we received a room that had other peoples belongings in it, which was not a great start to our trip as whenever we left we were worried that someone else might be given keys into our room and none of our belongings felt safe to leave (there was also no safe in the room to protect them) felt very disorganized and unsafe
Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig.
Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Man kann bequem mit der Bahn oder dem Bus in die Innenstadt fahren.
Ich würde dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es gerne weiterempfehlen.

My reservation was stated as cancelled when I arrived while the app show as still confirmed. It was a change in date request that was shown approved on the app. Staff just said reservation was cancelled in the system and did not address the issue and just attempted to push the standard rate onto me while offering a lesser room at the rate I booked and included extra taxes. Later was explained as different season rate but still didn’t explain why the reservation was cancelled and the manager just showed that he is not bothered with the lapse in service.
Reported to Booking.com but nothing was done and no one contacted me. There was no explanation for why the reservation was cancelled.

Tout était mauvais dans cet hôtel.
c’était sale, la réceptionniste était désagréable, mauvaise odeur dans le couloir, la chambre n’était pas propre, des taches jaunes sur les couettes, le réfrigérateur faisait du bruit, on entendait ceux qui étaient dans la chambre à côté et ça nous a empêchait de dormir. Le petit déjeuner était horrible, les œufs étaient bleus, les tables étaient sales, toutes les parties communes de l’hôtel notamment l’ascenseur étaient sales. Bref, c’était une expérience horrible.
