I had an amazing experience. EXCEPT for the elevator situation. That was very frustrating.
Pros:

TV was my favourite. Air conditioning was user-friendly. Affordable. Amazing breakfast.

Cons:

The elevator BARELY worked, so I had to drag my suitcase.

Great location, great resteraunt, and nice beds
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Food was quite tasty, and considering how busy it was the staff kept up. Personable staff and helpful in dining area . Location was amazing to walk back from saddledome..and the grill resteraunt was very good with an amazing waiter.

Cons:

Rooms need updating, but the beds are very comfortable.

THE HOTEL DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR GUEST SAFETY.
Cons:

The hotel doesn’t care about their guest safety!
They keep the elevator in operation even they know that their something wrong with the elevator. Guests keep reporting but they just ignoring it.
The elevator just jumping and skipping floors and it scary and its not SAFE!
I reported it but the front desk said that they reported it to the management but they still let it use to of all the guest! What if something happened bad?
The hotel should do something seriously about this!
