Amazing! I love that the beach is across the street and free parking by the zoo

Clean and close to the beach! They provide beach towels so it helped that I didn’t have to bring any or buy any!

Pros:

The location of this hotel truly couldn’t be better. While the hotel itself feels a bit outdated and doesn’t offer the same amenities you’d find at some of the larger hotels, the unbeatable location is what really makes this place shine. On top of that, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.

It was a very nice hotel.
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing.
The staff member who spoke Japanese was very kind and helpful. I felt very reassured and at ease during my stay. I also lost one of my key cards, but there was no penalty, and a female staff member was very kind and helpful, which I greatly appreciated.I would like to use your service again next time.

A well-rounded hotel
Pros:

Super cute room with an incredible view of the ocean and the town. Fun, tropical decor. Interesting, rounded shape to the room, hence Circle Hotel. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Eggs N Things, breakfast restaurant located downstairs but always busy so prepare to wait in line.

Cons:

Not a big deal but you have to go down to the front office to get a bucket of ice. No machines in hallway.

Charged extra money and did not clean the room for 3 days

Ut was in front of the beach

Cons:

Upon arrival they asked me for a credit card and made a pending payment for a “deposit” and the amenity fee for each day. They did not provide anything saying what they charged the card for.

When I asked for the invoice for my company, the amenity fee appeared as paid by my booking payment, so I asked about this. After arguing for 30 minutes, they said they will give me all the money back in few days (305 dollars). Well… the money has been officially charged, both the extra amenity fee and the security deposit, although I left the room spotless. I have not received any explanation from them.

They only cleaned the room every 3 days, the facilities were not specially clean for start.

Nice but realize but a 3 star hotel.
Pros:

The location was right across the street from beach which was nice. Rooms were clean but small. Employees were friendly and helpful. Compared to other hotels in the area were more expensive and more amenities. They don't have a lobby to sit in an absorb the beauty, Did not hear any noise

The location was perfect. We were right across the street from the beach. Next door to McDonalds. Next door to the ABC store. In easy walking distance to the International Market. The balcony was nice. We did have a partial view of the beach. If you plan on using the balcony a lot spend the extra money for a full view of the beach.

Cons:

Don't plan on parking a car. It is expensive and valet parking only.

Welcoming Hotel with Great Management
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location and was very clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a very pleasant 10-night experience and would definitely come back.

The staff were very nice and courteous throughout our 10-night stay, especially Larry Costales, Flora and Rose Costales. The front desk clerk, Ythan, was also very helpful and an exceptionally friendly Manager, Shawn. From the moment we arrived on April 22, 2026, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. It’s clear that the manager sets a positive tone that the staff follows.

The hotel also has a restaurant on the main floor, Eggs n Things Waikiki, which is a must try when visiting Waikiki. The food was great, and the staff were very nice and friendly, especially Giselle. She is a sweetheart. This restaurant alone is worth a visit during your stay.

Waikiki Circle Hotel is highly recommended. Mahalo🤙🌸
