מבאס שלא לוקחים את הפניות של הלקוח יותר ברצינות
Pros:

המיקום של המלון ,ניקיון החדר והצוות היו בסדר גמור . ארוחת הבוקר היתה מאוד טובה עם מגוון רחב של מוצרים אבל מי שרגיש לגולטן ומחפש תחלים אין למקום הרבה אפשריות .

Cons:

תקלות של זרם מים חלש מאוד במקלחת ומזגן שלא תפקד על בסיס יומי לא נפתרו ולמרות הבקשה לעבור חדר בכדי ל"הציל" את השהות לא צלחו.

Swietna lokalizacja hotelu. wszędzie blisko. personel bardzo miły i uprzejmy. śniadania bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie cos dla siebie. pokoje czyste, ale trochę juz nadgryzione zębem czasu. na krotki pobyt super opcja.

מיקום מעולה על הרובע היהודי . המון חנויות המון מסעדות . ברים וכו. ניקיון ממש תענוג. מקלחת. חדר. הכל נקי. מסדרונות ריח טוב. מעליות. צוות קבלה חייכן. באמת מקצוענים. היה כיף .ובשמחה גם נחזור. אפילו קיבלנו בקבוק יין מתנה וזה לא מובן מאליו. סידור חדרים ממש יפה ונעים .

Cons:

באמת רק שבר אחד קטן . אחרי הכל אני אישה. לשים מנורה לבנה חזקה ליד אחת המראות שיהיה אפשר להתאפר. תודה רבה על הכל מלון יקר.
