Meget venligt personale, især Dora i skyloungen gav os nogle virkelig gode drinks til at se den flotte solnedgang!

Cons:

Intet dårligt ved stedet men skal vi kommentere noget ville det være at vasken gerne måtte have været ude på badeværelset men det er en mindre detalje 😊

Pros:

Very clean. Excellent, helpful staff. Good breakfast (but pricey). Good location. Also: an Emerald Rivercruise-approved/supported hotel.

Lovely stay at central location
Pros:

Location was good
Good choice for breakfast

Cons:

Would have liked nicer views from hotel
They did not accept card details through app so booking had to be cancelled and rebooked direct with hotel which was time consuming

מיקום וארוחת בוקר טובים מאוד ושאר הדברים סביר

המיקום מעולה קרוב למסעדות ולמרכז הבילוי

Cons:

חדר (307) עם מקלחת מאוד קטנה ופינת שטיפת הפנים פתוחה . לא כל החדרים זהים אבל החדר
הספציפי בו הייתי לא היה כלל נוח מבחינה זו.

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת.

Cons:

איש צוות בדלפק. עובד מבוגר יחסית... עשינו צק אין בשעה 22:00 בקשנו חדר עם מרפסת אמר שהמלון מלא ואין אפשרות.

למחרת בשעה 7 בבקר צוות הדלפק התחלף. בקשתי חדר עם מרפסת נאמר לי שיש חדר פנוי ואפשר לעבור אליו מייד.(כמובן ששילמתי על השדרוג).

מוזר...איך פתאום יש חדר וגם פנוי . רק בגלל שהצוות היה אחר ????:
