Ausserodentlich freundliches Personal und sehr saubere Zimmer. Die Anlage und der Pool sind gepflegt. Die Organisation der Schnorcheltour war super und auch das anmieten eines Rollers problemlos.

De vrijstaande bungalows zijn echt super mooi en fijn, ze liggen in een mooie tuin en mooie omgeving. De bedden liggen goed. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Het ontbijt is ook lekker en fijn!

Cons:

Ondanks dat de bungalows vrijstaand zijn, is het wel gehorig. Maar voor ons was dat nu geen probleem.

The staff was incredibly welcoming, kind, smiling, and always attentive. They constantly checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and always made us feel comfortable and cared for.

A special mention to the driver as well — always on time, very patient, professional, and super friendly throughout our stay.

The rooms were extremely clean and very well maintained. You can really tell they care about hygiene and guest comfort.

And the food… honestly, a huge thank you to the woman cooking there. Every meal was delicious, fresh, and made with care. You could really taste the quality and freshness of the ingredients.

I truly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nusa Penida. Thank you again for such a beautiful experience — we will definitely come back!
