Pros:

Nothing the rooms don’t have air con , the shower door was hanging off you only get supplied a little fan even though the rooms are sweat boxes the staff were rude I didn’t even end up staying there I checked out and went elsewhere

Wouldn’t stay here again !
Pros:

Staff were lovely

Cons:

There was no air conditioning in the rooms it was 31degrees , the room was unbearably hot , the bed was broken and just propped up to look usable , the rooms were extremely small .

Was alright, would stay elsewhere when in London through.
Pros:

Gentlemen on night reception were very friendly. One receptionist on duty the next day had abit of an attitude.
Breakfast took 45 minutes after ordering to come through. Room was ok, bed comfortable, even though tiny.

One of the Female staff could be friendlier, you don't ask a client "Are you sure you paid for breakfast?" with a condescending tone. 20 minutes from here in East London, the receptionist was extgremely friendly, helpful, even coming out to unload our car. Gulf in service.

Cheap building makes the building impossible in heat waves
Pros:

Location and the shared facilities (pool, lounge). Also the ability to have kitchenette

Cons:

I was shocked that a modern building in central London didn’t have air conditioning. It was really uncomfortable during the recent heat wave. If the building was old or cheap rates then perhaps ok, but they’re charging standard London prices and honestly shouldn’t take bookings when it’s 30C.
I paid for a kitchenette that I couldn’t use as I couldn’t stay in the room to cook.
