Pros:

Rooms were super comfortable and very clean. Staff was very friendly and positive energy. The breakfast selection was great, had a variety of options and overall delicious.

Cons:

The only inconvenience we ran into was parking. We were hauling a trailer and it was difficult to find parking since it was full from the hotel and the guest that were attending an event hall that was located in the same shopping center. Parking spaces do not cut across in order to making trailer parking easier.

Location and clean facilities

Cons:

Staff started cleaning the vacant rooms on .y floor at 8am, on a Sunsay causing excessive noice and disturbance
The breakfast left much to desire, I am not expecting a meal prepared by a chef, but the food was too salty and tasted freezer burn

Quiet, cozy, comfortable and safe
Pros:

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I made a request to have a room on the 4th floor and the hotel was able to accommodate.
The staff is very friendly and the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations. The coffee bar is fantastic. This is the first time I stayed in a hotel and it was quiet and there wasn't any rowdiness. No slamming doors or loud elevators opening and closing. I highly recommend. The area in Vacaville is super safe. I wasn't sure what to expect but im happy I chose this hotel. It's next to the outlets and in n out and raising canes. Overall the location is perfect and safe to park your car. The parking lot is well lit. The lobby is serene and tastefully decorated.

Very clean very nice the staff was super friendly and hopefully I never have an issue with staying at this location

Cons:

Well I really never have an issue but this particular weekend there was a wedding which I was cool with but what I wasn’t cool with was there was no parking and then some guest who were checking had to carry their own bags up tot heir room cause both carts were missing due to the wedding party using them to hold things they brought in and didn’t return them until the next morning

Pros:

The sheets were not replaced or cleaned the next day asked for new sheets they never came also no micro wave in the room was a let down for 450 bucks plus for two nights I will stay somewhere else from now on not worth it

Cons:

Room not cleaned after second day and parts falling off the wall.
