if youre passing to see the Spiagge bianche, this place is superb
Pros:

excellent price/benefit. location is great, free parking in front of the hotel, 2 blocks away from the beautiful public beach with bars/restaurants in the vicinites. the area around is very residential so its pretty quiet at night.
i got a room just for myself at first floor, extremely clean and tidy. pretty spacious (for a small room) with double bed.
Bathroom small, tight but superb clean. organized and shiny clean. probably the best shower i had in this budget.
Staff is super welcoming and conforting.
Restaurant under the rooms has good food, clean and kind staff.

i was very positively surprised with this hotel. super recommend.

Cons:

i was in the n1 bedroom. which is at the entrance of the corridor at 1st floor by the stair case. the only problem is the walls, too thin and not really good at isolating sound. early nights/morning, i could hear the other guests passing by the corridor/stairs and their noise.
to me, not much of an issue because i have deep sleep. but if your sleep is not, avoid the room n1.
