Wir waren das erste Mal im Hyatt Mainz. Wir kennen das Hotel sonst nur von Spaziergängen am Rhein.
Wir waren angenehm überrascht vom Haus. Es hat alles gepasst. Besonders Lob an das Personal, selten so freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Even on a business trip you may appreciate a great hotel stay.
Pros:

Although my trip was a short business tri, my stay was excellent and the hotel exceeded my expectations. Staff was very polite and accommodative. I would recommend the hotel for tourists also as it is conveniently situated for strolls in the city center and for nice walks by the river.
