Pros:

Excellent location and beautiful hotel.

Cons:

A bit expensive. Breakfast is €32 but if you want your eggs poached it’s €4 extra which seemed quite mean!!

Tolles Zimmer, toller Blick, sehr sehr tolles Frühstück!!

Cons:

Im Gang vor unserem Zimmer hat es leider sehr gestunken, was ebenfalls ins Zimmer hineinzog (Abguss, Toilette..?!).

Pros:

Mir hat der hohe Grad der Dienstleistung im gesamten Hotel gefallen. Das ist ja heute leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit mehr. Ich kam von einem missglückten Aufenthalt in Saarbrücken und bin in Mainz mit offenen Armen aufgenommen worden.

Cons:

Na, sagen wir mal so: Ich freue mich schon auf den neuen Pool. Dann wird's noch besser.

Cons:

Wenn ein Hotel kaum ausgebucht ist, gibt man einen Hotelgast kein Zimmer genau gegenüber vom Strom oder Klimaaggregat. Der Lärm ist nervtötend. Zudem sind die Zimmer viel zu warm und man merkt das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
