Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, saubere Zimmer

Cons:

Zimmer waren schon etwas älter, insbesondere das Bad. Allerdings alles sauber und gut gepflegt, außerdem werden die Zimmer aktuell alle saniert und renoviert.

Airco was matig en maakte veel herrie volgens mijn vrouw. En ze vond ook de kussens ruiken naar “slaap”.

Fazit, schöne Lage. Personal ist bemüht.
Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Sowohl direkt am Rhein als auch Flussläufen in die schöne Altstadt. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet, das war wirklich klasse.

Cons:

Der Service hat noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Angefangen bei der Anreise, nach Stunden auf der Harley mit über 30 Grad, schaut dann die Rezeption zu, wie man als Frau sich dann mit den schweren Taschen vom Bike abkämpft. Kein, dürfen wir Ihnen Ihr Gepäck aufs Zimmer bringen. So kenn ich das eigentlich in dieser Kategorie. Beim Check out fragte ich dann, ob mir jemand das Gepäck holen kann. Da kam dann die kleine zierliche Dame der Rezeption. Das tat mir dann auch wieder leid.

Service in der Bar auch wirklich nur bemüht. Man braucht in diesem Haus viel Geduld oder kümmert .

Auch die Fenster wurden wohl vor Ewigkeiten das letzte Mal gereinigt. Am besten schnell wieder Vorhänge vor.
