Loved the hotel but not the bedroom we had. Other bedrooms looked far bigger and therefore felt expensive!
Pros:

Very nicely decorated, very clean and tidy. Lovely breakfast!

Cons:

I was sharing a twin room with my son which was on the top floor. The room was tiny, very little storage, no windows although it did have a Skylight which you could not see out unless standing on a chair.
The room was too small for two people and felt like a single room which had an additional bed put in it.

Pros:

O quarto era muito limpo, produtos de casa de banho da rituals e os funcionários foram buscar-nos ao barco e ajudaram com as bagagens na chegada e na saída do hotel. Deram-nos ótimas indicações também do que fazer e visitar. A localização é excelente

Pleasant stay in a quaint small hotel
Pros:

This is a really small family run hotel - like a charming house converted to one. The communication prior to our going was very proactive - and the folks were at the ferry to meet us, and carry our substantial luggage up the steps. Rooms are very small, but neat, and have a lot of character. breakfast was adequate. Staff is very committed to helping you with everything. They also give you good tips. The location is in the main centre.

Cons:

Well, Hvar is a hilly island - so I guess in most cases one has to walk up and down steps. Not really a problem with the hotel, just overall one has to be prepared for that.

Friendly staff, super helpful, convenient location.
Helped us with our bags both to and from ferry. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows and blankets.

Cons:

Walk up to 3rd floor - was fine for us but something to keep in mind for people who aren’t mobile.

Pros:

Clean, good location. Breakfast fine.

Cons:

Do not take the ground room. The staircase for the upper rooms runs through the room and as there is no lift you hear everyone come and go. The door is in reception and the only window opens into the breakfast area!

Pros:

Location was perfect and the room was very cosy, clean, and bright.
Loved the Rituals care product provided in the bathroom (soaps, lotion, etc).
Staff didn't hesitate to help us with our bags as there are a lot of stairs in Hvar.

Lovely stay in a buzzing town in a very comfortable hotel
Pros:

We had an upgrade to room 203 which was large and very well furnished - above our expectations
Matte on reception was very helpful
The breakfast was good with a selection of egg choices
Good location

Cons:

Hvar Town has a lot of stairs particularly to this hotel . The staff are usually very helpful at carrying your luggage but missed our arrival as they were busy - and it was a bit of a struggle without them

Really Great experience with Hotel Dea Hvar, especially with the awesome balcony
Pros:

Outstanding boutique Hotel experience in Hvar. My wife and I stayed three nights in Hotel Dea Hvar and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel is clearly family owned and is operated with deep personalized care and professionalism that we really enjoyed. While our room was a bit small, the bathroom was great and the best part was the outside balcony that fronted to the Spanish Fortress…really cool. Breakfast included was also a big plus. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. The one down note is be ready for the stairs.

Pros:

Muito bem localizado, a menos de 100m do porto, pertinho de tudo. Quarto confortável, limpo, com secador, produtos de banho (shampoo, sabonete líquido, condicionador), chinelos e roupão. Toalha para praia incluída, ótimo café da manhã e funcionários super atenciosos! Levaram as malas do porto ao hotel e vice-versa, além de serem muito simpáticos e gentis. Consegui até um late checkout…amei a estadia e recomendo!

Pros:

Location is fantastic, friendly staff (mostly), clean, beautiful setting for breakfast and breakfast itself was made to order and lovely. Nice bathroom/shower.

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable at all, sagged in middle and springy and as a result didn't sleep too great. The guy on reception when we left was watching TV on his phone and barely looked up when we left...no acknowledgement or offer to help with our bags. I wouldn't have accepted it out of politeness but flag as it was such a direct contrast to arrival when Mate met us at the boat and insisted on carrying the cases up the steps for us and really friendly check in.

Lovely well located family owned hotel
Pros:

Lovely small family owned hotel, wonderfully located in the old city, 2 min from ferry terminal (foot traffic ferries. Car ferries arrive in Stari Grad), a delicious coffee shop, Kava and all the sites. Lovely front office staff, in particular Ante, who could not have been more helpful and charming. If you stay in town, would highly recommend the Aria restaurant. One comment about the room: room 203 is very small, would not be a good choice for mobility impaired guests. Great stay!

Gorgeous Hotel. welcoming staff.
Pros:

A really lovely property with all
the small details thought of, tucked away from the main areas.
The staff are all very welcoming, helpful and friendly. An excellent breakfast was supplied. There are stairs to access the hotel and room- but so worth it.

A wonderful two night stay in beautiful Hvar
Pros:

The location was excellent perfect for exploring the old town. Breakfast and staff were amazing. The room was spotlessly clean. A staff member met us at the ferry port and helped us carry our bags to the hotel.

Cons:

There is a lot of climbing steps and stairs in the hotel and general area. This was not a problem for us but it could be if you are less mobile.

Fantastic stay on beautiful island of Hvar
Pros:

The hotel is located off one of the old stone streets of Hvar. You could easily walk to all restaurants & sights . The room was spotless & updated. The breakfast was quite good.
One of the staff met us at the ferry and carried our suitcases. This was very helpful not only to find the place but get assistance up the stairs with our bags.
It was beautiful walking home after dinner each night & it was very peaceful & quiet.

Nice location.
Pros:

Location was great! And breakfast was a win! The guy serving breakfast was kind and attentive.

My room smelt like drains/ mould. Where I was, I could hear everyone running up and down the stairs
