Nous avons aimé l'emplacement qui est à proximité du centre-ville.
Le lit était confortable et le lieu était propre.
Nous avons choisi cette suite en nous fiant aux photos présentées sur Booking, mais nous avons été déçus à notre arrivée. La piscine, notamment, bénéficie d’un vis-à-vis qui n’apparaît pas clairement sur les photos et qui a fortement impacté notre expérience. Nous avons trouvé les photos assez trompeuses sur ce point.
Les horaires d’arrivée et de départ sont également trop restrictifs pour un établissement à ce tarif : arrivée à 15h et départ à 11h. Des horaires plus souples seraient vraiment appréciables, d’autant plus que nous n’avons pas pu profiter suffisamment de la piscine. Celle-ci étant exposée à l’ombre le matin, l’eau est trop froide pour pouvoir réellement s’y baigner à cette période. Avec une arrivée à 15h et un départ à 11h, le temps réellement disponible pour profiter de la piscine est donc très limité. À près de 300 € la nuit, nous estimons que cela devrait être pris en considération et que les plages horaires pourraient être davantage adaptées.
Par ailleurs, nous avons du mal à considérer cet établissement comme un véritable hôtel 4 étoiles. Les prestations et le niveau de service ne nous semblent pas à la hauteur de cette catégorie. Par exemple, des sacs plastiques contenant le linge de toilette sont laissés devant les portes des chambres, ce qui donne une impression peu élégante et peu conforme au standing attendu.
Le petit-déjeuner est également très décevant compte tenu de son prix. Le buffet est assez médiocre et la qualité des produits proposés n’est clairement pas au rendez-vous.
Enfin, nous attendions un niveau de service bien supérieur, notamment concernant la prise en charge de nos bagages. À ce tarif, nous nous attendons à être davantage accompagnés et chouchoutés par le personnel.
En résumé, l’établissement est loin d’avoir répondu à nos attentes, notamment en termes de standing, de qualité des prestations et de service. Pour près de 300 € la nuit, le rapport qualité-prix nous semble clairement insuffisant.
Wspaniały hotel. Obsługa bardzo pomocna i profesjonalna. Cicho i spokojnie. Piękny widok na morze i góry. Wspaniały infinity basen z Wisłokiem na zachód słońca. Można się na pewno zrelaksować. Blisko do do okolicznych atrakcji. Śniadania - dobra kawa w pokojach i na śniadaniu, duży wybór dań a la carte. Położenie przepięknie, z dla od tłumów a w bardzo malowniczym zakątku.

The staff were truly amazing, made you feel to special and welcome and gave a beautiful introduction to the area, sights available and tour of their hotel. Beautiful tranquil ambience, the facilities and size of the room was added bonus. The attentiveness of the two beautiful ladies at receptionist when we arrived, every morning was just a amazing and this continued throughout our stay daily.
Nothing to fault, maybe a few more vegetarian options for breakfast but it's a very small thing

The entrance from the road is a bit narrow if you are travelling by car, but you’ll get used to it 😌

The Location, not accessible for public transport, either you rent a car or rent a service which is more expensive than taking a public transpo. It would be best for staycation than exploring the island because of its location.
