Superbe hôtel avec sympathique piscine a débordement.
Les chambres sont magnifiques avec une belle déco et tres bien équipées .
Le personnel a été très arrangeant pour apporter une réponse à toutes nos exigences ( collation en arrivée tardive, location de véhicules à la réception, accès piscine après check out avant aéroport ... Mention spéciale à Anna .🙂
Conseil important : l hôtel est difficilement accessible en taxi jusqu'à la réception ; prevoyez la réservation de leur navette aéroport ( 50€ ) mais qui simplifie grandement la vie .
Un bémol : le chocolat chaud est en supplément au petit déjeuner. 😌

Fantastic stay in Santorini! The hotel was perfect, with beautiful rooms, a great atmosphere, and excellent service. A special thanks to Stella at the reception for her kindness and helpfulness, and to Kostas at the bar for his warm hospitality and outstanding service. They truly made our stay extra special. Highly recommended!
Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben in dieser familiären Atmosphäre. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bestens über alles informiert. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und speziell zu erwähnen ist das aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Personal. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen.
Zubereiteten Kaffee (Capuccino, Espresso) war nicht im Frühstück inbegriffen. Früchte Platte könnte ausgiebiger sein

A stunning hotel with a beautiful view. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Great if you are in a couple and looking for a few days of rest, outside the business of Fira and Oia. Wanted to relax for a few days and got exactly that. Special shoutout to Stella. We haven’t felt that warmth from a hotel staff in a really long time. She was amazing and really shaped our experience there. We had some problems and she really took them serious to help improve our stay. The breakfast view was also another highlight of the hotel.
Despite Stella being an exceptional staff member of the hotel, it is unfortunately overshadowed by some of the other staff present on site. There were several occasions where we felt uncomfortable. For example, during breakfast we were denied service and the staff that denied us proceeded to blame us instead of helping us with what we needed as customers. From this point onwards, it was quite an uncomfortable atmosphere around them for the entirety of the stay. We were also experiencing some problems with the room and felt that we weren’t taken seriously from the beginning. Only after an extra sign of dissatisfaction, we were actually catered to (which we really appreciate as we got an upgrade!). Lastly, the food could be better.
