Pros:

Hotel and room was comfortable enough. Culver City is a good location, close to many areas.

Cons:

The shower floor seemed a little smooth. Took short , slow steps, was fine though. Worried about slipping.

Room window wide open when I arrived. Bed and pillows weren't comfortable, felt dirty, window curtains were dingy and stained, falling of the curtain rod.

Bom custo benefício, mas por detalhes poderia ser bem melhor.

O quarto é confortável e o estacionamento é incluso.

Cons:

Falta um frigobar no quarto e o café da manhã apesar de incluso, não tem variação conforme os dias, não tem nenhuma opção de proteína e grande parte das opções de comida são doces.

Terrible experience DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

This place charged my account $555.62 for a reservation that was cancelled. They are saying I failed to show up for my reservation. (I have proof I cancelled) but they said they are charging me for 1 nights stay. That would be the 24 cancellation policy that all hotels have. They aren’t supposed to authorize your card for the entire amount unless I actually showed up there with a debit card and ID. An actual check in. I never checked in. I stayed at an air b and b. Not only did they do that, they refuse to acknowledge they did. Like I’m crazy and what I’m looking at isn’t real. It’s clear as day that my card has been authorized for $555.62. He hid from me and told the front desk to tell me that he wasn’t on the property after he hung up on me I showed up there. He tried hiding and when I left, I stayed in my rental for an additional 10 min. During that time, the front desk told him I left so I see him coming around the corner. He seems me looking at him and he figured out I must be the lady he hung up on. He walks into the establishment and locks the door behind him so I can’t come in. After doing that, I took my phone out to take his picture and he posed with peace signs and duck lips.
