If you want arty decor it’s ok but definitely not a 5 star hotel when comes to attention to guests
Pros:

Nice decor and comfy bed but very dark

Cons:

Staff unhelpful and when asked how to get to airport advised they had no idea as they only drove !
Paid for everything including a few olives with a glass of wine , definitely wouldn’t happen in France or Spain !
Too many non residents in bar at night and could hardly get a seat apart from pushed up against next person
This is not a 5 star hotel and noisy outside

What’s the best hotel to stay when in Berlin?
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Clean and smelled clean. Very accommodating with check-in time and checkout times.

Cons:

This is not that I didn’t like it, but I do notice it declined in attendance, and the dinner menu is a bit less appealing than it was in the past. Service for the first two days was outstanding, and then it was as if the B team came in and they were less attentive. For the last day, the server didn’t offer us water, maybe because they were distracted.

Sehr gute Lage, alles fussläufig erreichbar, allerdings keinen zweiten Aufenthalt wert

Fantastische Lage, schöne Zimmer

Cons:

Unpersönliche Atmosphäre, Badezimmer klein und wenig Ablagefläche, Der Blick aus dem Zimmer leider in einen Innenhof, die Bar am Abend war voller merkwürdiger Menschen
