Lamentável.
Pros:

O cafe da manha estava bom; achei o atendimento fraco. Estava com meus pais idosos e não gostei da atenção que lhes foi dada.

Cons:

O banheiro estava com goteira (chuveiro) que incomodou demais. Solicitei que arrumassem mas disseram que não seria possível. O quarto era muito escuro e mesmo tentando regular a temperatura, não esquentou.

Cons:

Acho que um hotel 5 estrelas deveria disponibilizar uma garrafinha d’água no apartamento, no dia da chegada! Claro que tinha copinhos no frigobar, todos cobrados. No geral os hotéis até de 4 estrelas oferecem.

Tivemos uma excelente estadia e ficamos muito satisfeitos com a experiência.
