A great place to stay whenever you’re in Milan.
Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean with friendly staff. The continental breakfast was 15€ not a big spread but enough to fill you up. The hotel was within walking distance from the Milano Cathedral and Cardona train station. But at the time we visited there were too many road constructions but it was quiet enough that it didn’t bother our afternoon naps.

Excellent rooms. Most friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location.
Pros:

The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.
The staff is most friendly and attentive. Split my stay into two 5-day segments separated by 10 days. I asked for and was assigned a very quiet room (despite construction outside). The hotel kindly stored some of my luggage during the 10-day interval which was very helpful. When checking back in for my second 5-day stay, the staff had already put the stored luggage in the room. That is attentive service.
Hotel location is excellent. The tourist attractions (Duomo, etc.) are within walking distance, but the hotel is right near quiet fashionable residential areas with many eateries and cafes where locals hang out.

Cons:

Laundry service (which is outsourced) quality could be improved.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique.

Cons:

La désinvolture du personnel de l'accueil à notre arrivée, qui nous a peu aidés pour accéder à la fois à l'hôtel et au parking, du fait d'énormes travaux de voirie dans tout le centre de Milan.
Nous aurions apprécié recevoir avant notre arrivée des directives plus explicites pour nous éviter de tourner pendant 1 heure avant de parvenir à bon port.
Un plan détaillé des rues autour de l'hôtel.avec le cheminement tracé pour y parvenir serait le bienvenu
