Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato a Sierra Silvana e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. La struttura è molto pulita e curata, il personale è sempre gentile, disponibile e cortese. La posizione è strategica, perfetta per raggiungere facilmente le principali località della zona. Molto bella anche la piscina, ideale per rilassarsi e godersi un po’ di tranquillità. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la buona cucina e l'ottima colazione. Nel complesso, un’esperienza davvero piacevole!

Hotel mit großem Pool, unglaublich netten Personal aber leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Tolle Lage und auch die Anlage und das sehr nette Personal haben uns gut gefallen.

Cons:

Leider waren die Zimmer schon stark in die Jahre gekommen und in unserem Haus gab es ein massives Ameisen Problem.

Wonderful peaceful location our first time in Puglia
Pros:

The location is very quiet and peaceful , the hotel stands nice and has a great offering . We knew it was quite remote when we booked it and everyone staying there advised having a car which we opted not too. We were happy with our choice . We opted to go out by taxi several days of our stay which worked out really well for us . The taxi company we used were fantastic . We arrived late due to our flight being delayed and taken to our rooms, the following day reception advised as we had missed the meal the first night we could book a lunch time meal to make up for it which was very good . We had booked half board as we were remote and this worked out very well . The meals on the whole were good and plentiful. We had a disabled guest travelling with the party and although the hotel says it is wheelchair friendly we feel it is not disabled friendly . Everywhere is accessible by wheelchair the rooms however are not disabled friendly the showers are above à slopping high sided bath with a screen that covers 3/4 of the bath someone who’s disabled is not going to access this space safely . my husband slipped while trying to get out one evening and we struggled to get him out and to safety . We asked at reception the day after our arrival and was told there is only one accessible bathroom and it was in use . When telling the manager of my husbands fall they were neither concerned or sympathetic . So bear this in mind when booking this hotel . The surroundings gardens are are lovely . Air conditioning all over the hotel. The restaurant is on the second floor so lots of people used the lift to get to the restaurant . Table service at night was a nice touch . We usually book AI hotels so came as a shock to have to purchase water at our evening meal. The bar was clean and the staff wonderful. English is spoken throughout the hotel . We had ten great days here but the only downside for us was lack of disabled bathrooms a must when you have MS. What would be a wonderful improvement if some money was invested to take out some of the baths and add a walk in shower. The pool area was clean lifeguards on duty although again an inaccessible toilet / shower block at the side of the pool all having a step down into the space . The gazebo on site was a fantastic addition with a live growing tree inside . A child’s play area was a great addition for those with children which included a trampoline . The hotel also runs a kids club too . All in all we had a great holiday and made some new memories would we return again possibly if more disabled improvements made
