Cons:

The room they gave me was not the one I booked. I refused to stay and now they refuse to refund me £709. Horrific customer service. They give me an inferior room and then refuse to refund me when I don’t accept it. I won’t give up until I get my money back. Booking.com protect their property providers more than us. They haven’t been much help at all.I have uploaded photos that were on booking .com and then the room that I was given. Beware of this place they are a sham

Pros:

Skvělá lokalita přímo u Ocean dr.

Cons:

Velice hlučná klimatizace, nemožnost otevřít okna. V horku se pak špatně spí.
Celkově by si hotel zasloužil nějakou vkusnou rekonstrukci.
Myslím,že za tuto cenu se dá sehnat v okolí kvalitnější ubytování.
Fotky na booking úplně neodpovídají.

Excelente localização
Pros:

Hotel frente mar e praia muito bonita. Cama bastante confortável e travesseiros extras. Apesar de ser um hotel antigo, o quarto não tem cheiro de umidade, o que é muito importante para mim. Embora o hotel não tenha estacionamento, tem valet por 52,43 dólares por dia (valor com taxa), mas existe um estacionamento público por 20 dólares no mesmo quarteirão. Café da manhã não é exatamente gostoso, mas satisfatório (à la carte, com 3 opções para escolher).

Cons:

Ar condicionado do quarto é extremamente barulhento. Não tem box, mas cortina na banheira.

Personál je skvělý a ochotný, prostředí taky úchvatné, doporučuji 😉

Cons:

Ostatní hosté nerespektující noční klid a prank ve stylu, že se někdo dobývá do vašeho pokoje ve 2 v noci není vtipný. A když to někdo vedle dělá celou noc, býť v krátkých intervalech (chudák holka) tak se fakt nevyspíte. Chápu že “all you need is love” ale chtělo by to lepší zvukovou izolaci.
