Great location and welcoming staff.
Pros:

Check in staff and porters were very polite, helpful and attentive. Several road closures due to World Cup events, which placed additional pressure on the staff. However, everything in their power was done to overcome this and minimise any inconvenience.

Cons:

A little pricey, but the location more than made up for it. Better communication regarding the temporary process for customers arriving by private car would have assisted. However, this is a minor observation that didn't impact on the overall level of enjoyment we experienced.

A wonderfully inexpensive hotel with great location and food!
Pros:

I liked everything, from the delicious breakfast to the comfy rooms. The closet and breakfast were spacious for South Beach and the bed was comfy. Loved the art deco vibe. Ate breakfast almost daily there in some capacity, whether it was a full American breakfast or just a café latte to go. Their coffee was delicious, eggs and bacon made to perfection.

Cons:

The mini bar wasn't fully stocked upon arrival and was not refilled during my stay.

La posizione dell'hotel e lo staff

Cons:

La nostra stanza (matrimoniale deluxe vista mare) era posizionata all'ultimo piano, allo stesso livello della terrazza dove sono posizionati i vari motori dell'albergo. Quindi si sentiva perennemente rumore. Inoltre la stanza era priva di una tenda quindi alle 5 del mattino sembrava pieno giorno, oltre che il rumore del condizionatore interno sembrava quello di un trattore. Inoltre il penultimo giorno dopo aver passato la mattinata in spiaggia, alle 14:30 sono rientrata in stanza che non era stata ripulita e mentre stavo riposando sono stata praticamente sbattuta fuori dalla signora delle pulizie perchè lei entro le 15 avrebbe dovuto pulire.
