The location was great, close to everything we wanted.

Cons:

The room was a little disappointing; the AC was very noisy - we couldn't sleep with the AC on, so for summer temperatures, the night was not very pleasant.

Cons:

Pysäköintimahdollisuudet sijainnissa olemattomat, valet-pysäköinti epäselvä. Kolme aamupalavaihtoehtoa jotka tosin olivat laadukkaita.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse en Miami Beach
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, así como la amabilidad del personal y la comida en su restaurante.
La habitación es de buena calidad, buena iluminación, bien aseada y la cama muy comoda.
Debo agregar que mantengan agua fría para tomar todo el tiempo ayuda mucho.
Destaco la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

El costo del ballet parking es muy alto, por eso no lo use. Se tiene mejor opción de parqueo más económica cerca al hotel.
En el desayuno deberían ofrecerle mas pan y mas proteína sin cobrar, ya el costo del hospedaje es alto, para que te cobren una porción extra en el desayuno.

Location and friendly helpfulness of staff

Cons:

The building and interiors are looking tired. Our room 419 had such a narrow show that you could not turn around once in due to the location of the shower gels etc. Also in the morning the hot water would take about 10 mins to get hot even at 6am.

Cons:

Es un lugar correcto pero no me gusto. Siento que pague caro por lo que es el.hotel.
Te dan servicio de playa.pero.son solo las reposeras, si querés sombrilla de paga aparte usd 28, no me gusto que no esté claramente indicado al momento de reservar.
La gente que trabaja en el lugar un 10, pero las instalaciones son antiguas pero sin mantenimiento el techo.del dormitorio con humedad, el baño muy pequeño, yo agregaría un estante donde apoyar cosas y un mueble bajo la pileta. Muy incómodo!
La cama.estaba ok y la vista lateral a un callejón, horrible!

Sehr gute Lage!!!
Pros:

Lage, Lage, Lage!!! Freundliches Personal und sauberes Zimmer. Für amerikanische Verhältnisse gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Das italienische Restaurant im Hotel ist total überteuert. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel kann man weitaus mehr erwarten. Das Bad im Zimmer war viel zu klein. Man konnte sich kaum darin bewegen. Keine Ablagen und kein Kosmetikspiegel. Die Halterung für Duschgel, Shampoo und Conditioner hang am "seidenen Faden". Diese war nur mit doppelseitigen Klebeband befestigt. Die Putzfrau war richtig unvetschämt. Die Sonnenbrille wurde einfach vom Nachttisch auf dem Boden geschmissen und meine Haarutensilien lagen im Bad auf dem Boden.. Die Fenster waren sehr schmutzig. Hotel ist keine 4 Sterne wert und völlig überteuert. Wir können uns all die guten Bewertungen nicht erklären.
