Nevaeh was amazing & was working very hard to accommodate the customers as the computers were down
Pros:

The breakfast was good.
The bedroom was outdated and the door did not close properly.

Cons:

The hotel overall was outdated and in definite need of repair.
The pictures posted online of the hotel are obviously not recent.

Good breakfast and location. Get a room on an upper floor away from pool and lobby.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, location was fine. Room was damp because it was ground level and close to the pool. If staying again I would ask for a room on one of the upper levels.

Pros:

It was convenient to the event that I attended. The staff that I encountered were very friendly. It was a good value.

Cons:

The rooms need updating. The beds were older mattresses, the bathrooms weren't bad but, its little things. Lightbulb needed to be changed in 2 lights. No charging ports for cell phones. It did smell like wet dog in the hallways. The TV was small, and not alot of channels.

Just horibble experience . I will never go back

After how dirty the room was i didnt want to eat the food

Cons:

Carpets were very dirty. My family noticed our feet were black after 15 minutes of checking in. Bathroom had loose tiles and grout. The tub was very weak in the middle so much so you felt like you were going to fall through. The bathroom door was split. Ants crawling on window seals, tables and beds. People walking up to my vehicle in the parking lot asking for money and hanging inside and out of the hotel lobby.
