Muy buena opción para una escapada a Vitoria
Pros:

Bonito edificio, precioso vestíbulo, excelente ubicación para conocer el centro y casco medieval de Vitoria. Restaurante francamente bueno, se nos olvidó reservar y nos buscaron hueco y cenamos muy bien.

Cons:

Aunque dormimos sin problema, se oía un poco el ruido del tráfico, se podría mejorar la insonorización.

Ottimo per una visita della città
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta per visitare il centro storico a piedi, ed è anche vicino alla fermata dei pulman da e per l'aeroporto. La colazione è ottima e ben fornita di prodotti sia dolci che salati. La stanza pulita e accogliente.

Cons:

Il caffè della colazione è prodotto da una macchina e per me era imbevibile, del resto sono italiana, e per avere un espresso decente ho dovuto pagarlo al bar.

De lujo, asequible
Pros:

La habitacióm estaba de lujo, cama muy comoda, espaciosa, lavabo grande. Dificil de mejorar. Y la ubicación muy centrica.

Cons:

El desayuno no está a la altura. Me esperaba algo mejor teniendo en cuenta lo bien que estaba el resto

No avisan que el restaurante es tan pequeño que se llena y ya no puedes comer o cenar el el

La ubicación y el personal de sala al comer.... muy amable

Cons:

Estuvimos 5 noches alojados y nos íbamos a las 9.30 a hacer turismo, volviamosnsobre las 15.30 y tres ocasiones.... las habitaciones sin hacer... me parece muy mal para un hotel de 4 estrellas. Quizás necesiten más personal de limpieza

Great place to stay!
Pros:

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious, the staff very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel also has a great location, making it easy to explore Vitoria-Gasteiz. Highly recommended!
