Pros:

location ended up being very important as the shuttle driver never showed up to take me to airport but I did not know I could walk

Cons:

It was bare minimum accomodations. The staff was nice but it felt like there was no management. No one in charge.

Maybe for an overnighter but not for more than 1 night.

Cons:

Where to begin. We chose this location because it advertised a hot tub and heated pool. We were not notified this was an issue when we arrived. The hot tub was closed and the heated pool was a cool 60 degrees. On top of the fact that we were not able to use the pool several times because a school was there giving swim lessons. The door locks was a gamble we had to alternate between keys to get the locks to work and our room door we would have to slide it several times before it would unlock. The room was clean, but the bathroom light was a strobe light. My husband has a seizure disorder so this was not an optimal situation for him. We altered the front desk and the guy treated me as if I didn’t know how to use the room key for the door. He then offered to love us to a double room because of the light. We paid for a king room why did we need to down grade to a double? He said he was going to talk to his manager about some discount or some way to compensate us but he never got back with us. All in all very disappointed in the hotel and staff.
