Everything And Everyone Was So Nice
I Have No Complaints
The room was pretty clean.
The hotel was very remote and hard to find. There wasn’t enough parking, my room faced the highway so I had that noise to deal with all night, there wasn’t enough parking nothing to eat once you found the place and had successfully snagged a parking spot, the people right above me were smoking cigarettes all night, I had a crying bs y in the next room. Many of the problems I encountered did not result from any lack of concern of the staff-they just happened.

The mattress was extremely firm and made for a restless night.
Staff at front desk was very helpful. This location was modern and updated. Kitchen was stocked, furniture in lobby was nice and everything was clean. My room was clean! The bed and pillows were super comfortable. We did not use the hot tub or the pool; however they appeared nice. I will stay at this location again! I highly recommend Wingate by Wyndham Fletcher at Asheville Airport!!!

No hot showers and 4 rooms later, traveling with 2 little 7 year olds it took over an hour to get into a room at 11 pm. Tried rooms on 3 different floors and one of the rooms tubs wouldn’t drain either and the phones disconnected. The maintenance is falling far behind at this hotel. Sad after numerous other good stays at this hotel over previous years
