They literally ripped me off!! Didn’t stay there at all

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!! Disgusting place!!

Cons:

We stay at the property because it was disgusting! The room was filthy and mis advertised on your website. I asked for a refund and they refused. I was there one hour and offered to pay for the first night but they wouldn’t consider it. The hotel restaurant was closed and you couldn’t swim in the beach because it rained for so many days. I have never been anywhere worse and I travel to Mexico a lot.

Me gusto la ubicación, la playa, el restaurante, pero la piscina estaba sucia, con lama en las orillas por dentro, las hojas de los arboles no es problema, es natural que esta abajo de los arboles, pero es evidente la falta de limpieza interior, además llena de piedritas el fondo

La limpieza de la piscina terrible
no hay acceso a las habitaciones desde restaurante para personas con discapacidad (silla de ruedas, bastón), solo hay 2 estacionamientos azules, y los usaban personas sin gafete azul de discapacidad, el personal no hizo nada al respecto
