Pros:

They gave our room to someone else and they were able to come in our room at the time we were in there. The manager at the time was nice enough to refund our money. But the guy at the front desk the next morning was very rude and hateful.

right off of i 70

Cons:

BUGS on the the sofa bed. when we switched rooms based off what the guy said it kind of sound like this has happened before. he offered us a garage bag for our stuff. Loud knocking at 5am on the doors. We had the heat on at 78 and it was still freezing. Didnt even bother with breakfast because by 7:15 the couple things they had out was gone. Not really modern or updated, a very dark room. Stains on the carpet.
