Wicked Relaxing!!!

Location! Location! Location! Practically on the beach!
Parking anywhere in Saint Augustine is difficult. Within walking distance of A Street, half a dozen great restaurants.
Beachcomber, outdoor tables On The Sand.
Mango, Mango, Unique.
Four others.

Absolutely horrible experience! Rooms smelled heavily of mold and mildew, blankets were stained with holes burnt into them, sliding door to shared balcony did not lock, sheets and towels very dingy and appeared unclean. No climate control in the room. Went down and manager would not listed telling me nothing was wrong with the rooms, then refused to give me anything showing I was leaving and not staying the duration of the time booked. 5 minutes into a room and just felt disgusted, unsafe and unsanitary.

Everything is wearied off. TV of very bad quality. Someone’s underwear on the stairs. Mattress and bad covers looked old and outdated. Coffee maker and coffee bags are terrible. I will not stay there anymore.

What the hell???
Pros:

There is a couple in the management, which I guess also owns the hotel. They talk in a threatening way, zero respect, trying to charge additional fees for no reason. Really annoying. No communication at all. Weird people.

They scammed me 40 dollars for my 4 year olddaughter who sleeps with us in the bed, they said its in their policy that they know no one reads , there was no mention in their booking email about 40 dollars extra per person

Nice Family owned hotel
Pros:

Nice family run business. Room was clean and met expectations. Unfortunately, I could not stay the entire time due the family member I came to visit in St. Augustine became critically ill. I will rebook the next time I need to come to St. Augustine.
