I love the queen mary and the history and restaurant was really good, staff is always very nice.
There was a concert event outside and the hotel did not prioritize customer parking at all I was going in circles for over hour and nobody had any clue where to send us for hotel parking the majority of available parking was for Ada at one point I got off the car and screamed saying I was bo longer going to move my car until someone would find me a place to park and that's how I finally got my car parked by the vip parking manager, it was awful and stressful and cried over this overwhelming stress. The hotel room was so hot and our sheets were not cleaned they had a band-aid. Anyway, this was my second time staying at the hotel and my last, don't want to ever deal with the parking nightmare!
Everyone nice , well maintained
The history
Air conditioner subpar
Preserved really well but offers lots of things to do. Great staff & the food was delicious and reasonably priced.
The convience to the port. The historical of the ship and the food was great. The bed was very comfortable.
I felt that there was some wasted space in the room.
The horrible customer service, don’t come here u less you want to wake up with unknown bug bites alll over your body
The staff is kinda nice but if anything happens like a toilet getting clogged from urine or you need assistance because of anything in THEIR crappy rundown rooms then they are horrible. Mark is horrible and he is at the front desk and the queen Mary. I recommend you don’t stay here
Everything
Nothing
The ship is beautiful and historic right on the water
It was not clear on the description or when I checked in that there was not proper air conditioning. Room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. I was not given the option to move rooms even with availability
The staff was so friendly and helpful. There is alot to do while staying there.
Everything.
Not your fault- just harder to get over to the cruise terminal.
The sales lady Vega at the Souvenir store by the Promenade was very nice & helpful. She had great customer service. I was having a bad day. Smiling to your customers goes a long way. Thank you so much Vega. I really appreciate you. I know how hard it is to work in customer service. I’ve been there before. Thank you again.
The ladies at the front desk were very helpful & knowledgeable. Thank you.
The Baristas at the Jubilee I think that was the name were nice as well. We booked 3 rooms. Our rooms were warm so I called the front desk & I spoke to Gavin if he could accommodate us with 3 fans.
Thank you Gavin. We appreciate you.
Housekeeper is awesome! Thank you!
The rooms were so warm. The hallway was cooler than our rooms. It was so uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave. Our food spoiled.
we had a nice view of the harbor and city of Long Beach ! the staff was impeccable !!
the parking situation was the worst I've ever experienced, not to mention the people directing the traffic did not have a clue of how to explain where to go, or how to get there. when we finally got to where the shuttle bus was, we discovered that it wasn't handicap equipped and even though my wife is not completely wheelchair bound, she does have a problem with steps and the steps getting into and of the bus were the highest ones we've ever had to deal with. another problem we had was with the bath, the water temperature never got above cold, so the choice was either cold or ice cold and it was too late in the evening to do anything about it so we just went to bed !
It was a nice historic stay. I think the room could have been more within the period or updated. I'm sure the Queen Mary didn't have the cheap plastic water cups you might find in a Motel 6.
Great location and a nice stay
Easy checking in.
My stay was too short.
The room was spacious, clean and luxurious. The ship was luxurious! The history was astonishing. The food and drinks were excellent.
