Pros:

An excellent hotel. Unpretentious but smart and politely luxurious. Well maintained with a good contemporary feel, at the heart of the city but quiet and discreet. We had an excellent room. Friendly and welcoming staff.

It’s location and the staff were amazing, friendly and helpful

Cons:

Only 1 USB port. breakfast not great. No cooked and small selection. Car parking was scary with a very tight twisty underground car park, but the staff were amazing get us in and out in one piece.

Die Dame am Empfang war extrem unfreundlich so etwas ist mir noch nirgends untergekommen unmöglich! Wir waren schon um 10 Uhr angekommen und haben uns nach der Parkmöglichkeit erkundigt und wurden schroff angeredet das wir gar keinen Parkplatz gebucht haben was nicht gestimmt hat. Das wurde dann erkannt die Antwort warum wir nicht das Auto gleich Parken dürfen war: Das sind unsere Regeln! Wir haben dann gleich neben dem Hotel ein öffentliches Parkhaus gefunden 2 Minuten entfernt ausreichend Parkplätze und das für € 23 für 24 Stunden unser Tipp gleich das öffentliche Parkhaus anfahren unser Vintage Porsche hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

All’arrivo il receptionist sembrava scontento che fossimo lì e ci trattava in maniera molto superficiale.
Colazione deludente, parte salata inesistente e sala da incubo, quasi da soffocare da quanto il soffitto era basso, per poco non sbattevamo la testa.
