Place itself was decent, friendly staff and clean

Cons:

Definitely not worth the money I paid for it.
"River views" was a slight sliver of the river across the main road.
Spa window right on the street so at night if the lights are on, its a free show for anyone watching.

Cute set up be I'd expect to pay less for this accommodation

Pros:

Upgraded to a Junior Suite which had a view over the Brisbane River and was very nice

Cons:

We only stayed for the one night so we really didn't have time to use the facilities. Room was very nice and clean and very comfortable
