Perfect weekend get away
Pros:

Cute hotel, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Great location, close to Sight & Sound Theatre, Amish home tours, restaurants and shopping.

Worst hotel experience ever- no elevator and dirty.
Pros:

There is not one thing I could say that I liked about this hotel. The whole experience was awful.

Cons:

The room had dust and dirt all over the floors, someone's dental floss left in the cabinet of the bathroom, stains on the bedding. It was SO loud all night. Neighbors came in after midnight, I could hear a woman talking very loudly about how dirty her room was. Her kids kept going in and out of the room slamming the door each time, then that woke up again slamming doors at 5am, which obviously woke me and my daughter up. I paid for 2 nights and when I came back the second night my key didn't work so I had to go back downstairs to get that fixed. There is no elevator also so that was ridiculous trying to carry my heavy suitcase up and sign the stairs. I feel like that should be advertised online. There was a homeless woman sitting outside the door to get in the building. Woke up to a large bug in the bathroom. Overall very sketchy place. Definitely would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The room was extremely dirty, all the bedding including sheets and pillowcases were dirty. There were not enough towels and wash clothes for everyone in the room (one set of towels and wash clothes for 3 people), the front desk said they ran out. Shower wasn't cleaned and had mold and hair. There was also hair in the bathroom sink and on the floor. Dirt, food and crumbs in the exposed creases of the bed frame. Which shows that the bed sheets are not changed regularly.

Comfortable and great value.
Pros:

Helpful staff, clean, easy in and out. Convenient to stores. I was there for meetings at Franklin & Marshall College so it was a little far, but manageable.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing.

Not the best experience!
Pros:

The room was right next to the stairs. Opening of door was noisy. We noticed a lot of debris under the headboard. The continental breakfast was very bland. There was very little variety. No pastries or donuts.

Cons:

We booked our room through Booking.com and had a confirmation number. However, when we went to check in, Days Inn did not have our reservation. Our reservation could not be found by our confirmation # or our name. Very frustrating! The Desk Clerk offered us a room but the cost was double the Booking.com rate so we went to another hotel. We will not make reservations through Booking.com again.

I would not stay here again.
Cons:

To start there was no elevator and i was traveling with two handicap people - It is not mentioned on the website that you don't have an elevator, so i assumed you did. Second we didn't get two rooms together, my room the connecting door lock was broken, the other room the door to the room didn't lock. The bathrooms were moldy, the beds were rock hard, the a/c had awful smells coming from the room. The breakfast cereal and the bagels were stale, the apple juice was old. On the first night the front desk staff left for almost an hour - no one manning the desk. Not enough parking.
