Propreté de la chambre , gentillesse du personnelsauf du manager Lavaris

Cons:

Pratique abusive du manager Lavaris. Tout le séjour s’était parfaitement passé, nous avons demandé un check out tardif qui devait nous être facturé de 50 dollars par heure supplémentaire ( tarif annoncé par 2 employés). Au moment de descendre le manager nous appelle dans la chambre pour nous dire que le tarif avait changé, nous lui demandons d’attendre que nous descendions . À la réception il a été irrespectueux, humiliant et hautain, nous a limite traité de menteurs et a débité ma carte de crédit sans mon autorisation. Il nous a dit «  c’est comme ça et c’est tout. » . Cest dommage de laisser ainsi partir des clients jusque là satisfaits. Ce n’est même pas pour les dollars sur facturé mais pour le manque de respect total de ce manager. J’espère que la direction de l’hôtel prendra des mesures.

Hotel is a thief
Pros:

This place is a joke. Hidden costs everywhere. And they’ll charge you for stuff from the mini bar you didn’t consume. I was treated like a thief and a liar when I called to inquire about additional charges. Don’t stay here, this place will treat you like a fraudulent ex.

Una estancia cómoda y confortable
Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena ya q se encuentra a pocas cuadras la avenida donde hay oferta gastronomica, esta el super q tambien facilita mucho la comida dentro del hotel.
En la zona de pileta te ofrecen toallas asi como tmb para la playa junto con reposeras y sombrilla incluido.
La limpieza y prolijidad en el hotel es impecable asi como están atentos a cada detalle. La atencion recibida en cualquiera de las areas siempre con amabilidad.
