Pésima experiencia en esta oportunidad. Y ni siquiera me devolvieron ni 1usd por todos los inconvenientes.
Pros:

El hotel ya lo conocía y si bien leí varias criticas negativas decidí volver.
Es un hotel comodo y con acceso a la playa.

Cons:

Tuvimos varios problemas con 2 habitaciones diferentes donde tardaron horrores en resolverlos y nos hicieron perder muchisimo tiempo. El gerente jamas pudo resolver nada. En un hotel 2 estrellas tienen mucho mejor servicio.

Great location, and amenities but service hto improve.
Pros:

I liked the location and amenities.

Cons:

I did not like how the concierge treated me. I ordered food on uber eats and upon delivery instead of just putting it in my room they cast it away. When I was asking them about it they seemed dishonest about it.

Over priced.Not worth the charge.
Pros:

The rooftop pool and hot tub.The view was amazing from up top.

Cons:

That I had to call each day for housekeeping to clean and change my bed.That breakfast was not included parking is not included staff is rude.Definitely will not stay at this location again.

Service was good. But the 2 hot tubs stopped working on Saturday and someone said they won’t be fixed until next week.

Cons:

The pool/ beach food girl. She was very passive aggressive. I canceled my order because our drinks were just sitting there for 30 minutes and she never delivered them. We thought she was going to hit us.
