Pésima no lo pondría recomendar a nadie

Estuve 27 días el aire acondicionado muy malo no podíamos dormir de noche por el calor nos cambiaron de pieza y fue lo mismo el wifi pésimo se iba la señal permanentemente y la manager garcia que me atendió lo único que decía I am sorry

La ubicación y la playa. La amabilidad de la gente del Front Desk, Noelia y Ernest

Cons:

Carísimo el parking , mala relación precio calidad, no te dan pantuflas, ni espejo de aumento en los baños, tuve problemas de limpieza.

Cons:

הכל מאד איטי מבחינת שרות, כל דבר - אפילו מים שהניחו בחדר - בתשלום נוסף. חלק מהחדרים המזגן לא עבד טוב והיינו צריכים לעבור, אין מקום לשבת לעבוד, אי אפשר לשבת לאכול אם האוכל לא מהמלון

Frente a la playa. Sillas y quitasoles se facilitan. Habitaciones amplias.

Cons:

La Habitación 822 era hedionda (olor a desagüe). Y no tenía el flexible de la ducha. Almohadas demasiado gordas. No ay servicio de cena en el restaurante

Lage war super, Hotel sehr schön

Cons:

Kinderbetten waren nicht vorbereitet in beiden gebuchten Zimmern, Klimaanlage bei 1 Zimmer defekt, daher alles sehr feucht. Zimmer wurde dann in der Nacht gewechselt, dies hat einige Zeit gedauert, wieder wurde das Kinderbett nicht vorbereitet - somit war es schon spät als alle ins Bett kamen.

Very disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. A special mention to the guy at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. Every time we had an issue, he listened, understood the situation, and made sure we had the option to move to another room. We really appreciated his effort and attitude.

The lobby and the area leading to the beach are also beautiful. However, that’s not what I came to the hotel for.

Cons:

The biggest problem is the AC. In every room, the AC unit is located inside a cabinet directly across from the bed. We went through three different rooms, and in each one either the AC didn’t cool properly or it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep.

We found ourselves constantly searching for a normal room where we could actually sleep and enjoy our vacation instead of simply enjoying the hotel.

The rooftop pool was also closed for renovations, with no warning or mention of this before booking.

Overall, despite the great service from the staff, the experience was very frustrating. I would not stay here again.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

The hotel is lovely, with an amazing view, excellent facilities, and large, spacious rooms.

There was an issue during my stay that really wasn’t acceptable, but the hotel staff understood the situation and handled it very well. They resolved the problem and made everything right, which completely changed my experience for the better. Because of the way they handled it, I decided to extend my stay and book a few more nights at the hotel.

Una gran desilusión.
Pros:

La ubicación y el servicio de playa.

Cons:

Problemas de limpieza, pieza sin hacer, alarmas de incendio en mal estado. Estuvimos un día entero sin aire acondicionado.

Pros:

Le personnel était agréable, les chambres étaient grandes et l’hôtel dans sa globalité était joli.

Cons:

La chambre que j’avais réservé et payé en plus avait une piscine mais de ce fait, la chambre était très sombre.
Je devais demander tous les jours que le ménage soit effectué dans ma chambre jusqu’au point où un jour le ménage n’avait pas du tout été fait. J’avais quitté ma chambre à 10h et revenue à 19h30 donc il n y avait plus de personnel pour la faire.
De plus il manquait tous les jours des choses lors du ménage (les mouchoirs ont été remis qu’à la fin du séjour, la body lotion et le soap for hand manquait tous les jours).
