Clean

Cons:

The ac in room wasn’t strong. The bed is stiff. To find your room bs. The worst is the shower pressure. I practically hugged the wall under water faucet just to get a drizzle.

Great overnight stay to return rental car and catch flight to SFO
Pros:

Location was perfect to return rental car and get to the airport timely. Loved the Happy Hour and Breakfast menus.

Un breve ma piacevole soggiorno a San Francisco sud.
Pros:

La posizione comodissima a pochi minuti dall’aeroporto, ambiente confortevole, camera spaziosa e pulita. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo e il personale presente e cortese. Davvero comodo lo shuttle gratuito per l’aeroporto.

Cons:

Non c’è caffè espresso, nemmeno alla macchina automatica nello shop che fa solo cappuccino.

Staff, not clean the second day, it is the policy not clean every day. No clean towel the second day. Had to call. Call several times no one pick the phone. I had to take the picture and show the staffs to request clean

Pros:

Music way to loud in dining area. Music in Spanish, not English. Room has no microwave. TV fridge didn't work, they did come and fix them .ironing board fell apart when opened. They did replace it. No cold milk to buy. To many protein drinks for sale. Can do way better on selection. No complimentary newspaper to read in lobby. Shut t Le took me to the wrong doubletree after asking the driving where I wanted to go from the airport. Had trouble checking in. They could not understand that I booked thru eugencia for company buisness. Took awhile for them to figure it out. Staff are nice. No laundry for guests, when I inquired they said no, but did not inform me I could have my laundry sent out. That should have been the second thing she could've said
